I would imagine there is a lot going on behind the scenes but none of us really know. We just have to be patient and see what transpires but I know plans are well advanced to call an EGM if appropriate.

A UK plc is not allowed to trade whilst insolvent.

The longer you wait to call the EGM the more the chance of administration INCREASES EVERY DAY.

Better hurry up and do it now before it's too late

Lunn is letting this play out slowly but the outcome is inevitable, company simply runs out money, plc is not allowed to trade whilst insolvent, management close it down into administration, everyone loses.

PPP plc will delist before end of April 2024 IMO
