FCA are not interested in complaints from PIs, never have been, never will be....just there to protect dodgy directors and brokers etc mostly anyway. Number of times I have seen big moves in a company's share price a day before an RNS is released is far too many now. Markets seem totally bent to serving the interests of brokers and MMs only.

Unless of course there is a ready made buyer or seller in place I guess?

I still cannot understand how with a Normal Market Size of just 30,000 shares per trade that MMs can take that sort of volume without a big move either way in the SP?

30,000 shares at 0.01 = £300.00

10,000,000 shares at 0.01 = £100,000

I know for a fact that if tried to place an order like that my broker would tell me to FO and simply refuse to accept it.

How is it even possible for a trade that size to be made and then how can it not affect the price of the shares?

Something extremely odd going on in the trading of this stock.

That's a pretty silly reply imo but have it your way by all means, so its been "range bound" for 3-4 days then.....

On Monday this week they were trading 1.30 - 1.40

On Friday this week they were trading 0.90 - 1.00

now my maths ian't that great but in my book it's falling and has dropped 0.4 off both the ask and the bid

0.40 off from 1.30 is a pretty big fall imo

They aint stopping and falling prices not bothering them at all

And looks like the seller is increasing their sell trade size now to make up for the lower prices

With such a low NMS of only 30k there will be many delayed trades not published.

If a trade executed is significantly larger than the normal market size (six times or more), market makers for stocks on the full list don't have to report the trade for an hour after the trade was executed.

Comment: Who needs Hill Valley, when you have SCGL, and certainly the share price has moved in peaks and troughs in an eye watering fashion. That said, the arrival of Gordon, and an apparent basing of the stock, means that SCGL may attract fresh interest at current levels

On the way up the volumes were only @200 m shares so more than 6x that volume have been traded on the slide from the highs . That would suggest the bulk of sales from others and could well the clinic holders.

Fwiw 3% would be @27m shares. Unfortunately overseas players probably don't feel the need or responsibility to report if they have 3% or more. Only way a company could identify them would be to get brokers who hold people's shares to declare them to the company. It is possible and simple to do if they want to exercise such a requirement on brokers. I doubt if scgl management are bothered though. If brokers are not able to manage very large sell orders then we get these crazy daily sell offs . With a nms of only 30k volume per trade it's clear MMs are not actually bothered either that prices are significantly impacted by very large sell trades .

Since the high point 2 months ago the volume of shares traded has exceeded the total number of shares in issue..
