There will be anther RNS confirming delisting using the cost of maintaining a listing too expensive and taking up too much management time plus market not valuing the business fairly meaning bot able to complete any further raises. Taking he company off market will allow the management to access funds via private funds and to retain IP and customer support etc.

Nothing could surprise me where TE and JW are concerned, for one to refuse to co-operate with the company would be strange but for both to refuse, well we can all draw our own conclusions on that.

What we do know is that by voting NO both TE and JW are actively trying prevent the company from coming back...and if we add the FCA anti PPP campaign into the mix from LS and company its a toxic narrative around the company being maintained.

As to motives.....well each to their own.

What is difficult to accept is that JW did a deal with TE to get his hands on 6m shares at 2p which means he got a fantastic price and number of shares for himself but the fact that TE failed to properly account for the shares meant he created a huge legacy issue that needed to be unwound far later on and both TE and JW refusal to co-operate with the BoD to clarify how the deal was actually completed created a very challenging time for all concerned.

For JW to now vote NO makes a him potential spoke in the wheel on any way out of this impass if he maintains that position.

I had hoped JW would vote yes with his 6m shares but it sounds like he has voted no.

Company needs 75% majority of the total votes cast for the critical pre-emption resolution, not 75% of the total shares in issue as some think, so there is still hope as only @50m votes were cast last time.

I think the appointment of the Grand Chief as Co-Chair was clearly a strategic move fwiw.

It's all done now anyway.

Now that Levi has totally milked the AIM market for all he can possibly get and the company needs him to work 80% less to save on management costs, he could easily save far more more money and simply take ENET private with its IP etc etc. Nice work if you can get it

Trading is still weeks if not months away yet.

The AGM vote will most likely be the reason for the main delay as the 75% required for special resolution is almost impossible to achieve. It might happen yet but I think the JW situation and his 6 million no votes could swing it.

And no I don't care who agrees or disagrees with me or what they have to say.
