After the Reuters Brief just released, everyone had settled down until your post stating: "Not surprising really if the VALUATION of the resource was based on a inferred resource [no measured or indicated] and dates back to a feasibility study in 2010."
Question:
Are you stating that the Glencore binding contractual agreement is not legally valid since there can be no valuation[implied]?
The Canadian Securities Exchange has NOT fined Macarthur Minerals, continued with the trading halt and in fact it was lifted nor was there a Securities Letter to the co of Censure?
On Twit, Ice is calling for WH to receive an investigation, fine or suspend.
What has WH, the broker got to do with a Canadian listed co and what has KDNC got to do with it? Ice has posted it on Twit under #kdnc. Ice said he worked for Barclays [Software Dept].
Will any of your delegation be taking this up further with the Canadian or London Stock Exchange Regulatory Dept?
I have noted that your boss has not said anything nor have you written an article under his banner?
Good to hear as I note that an London listed co also had the same and it was due to conceptual figures. It was removed and that was the end of it from the Canadian Security. The London Stock Exchange did not take up the matter as the Presentation was nearly a year old.
Sorry for typos-about to have dinner.
A/c to Reuters there is NO FURTHER matters outstanding except the brief statement as posted?
Hope you can clear the confusion. Over on Canada, no one has said anything further.
Thank you.
