As background, the deal is worth US$4 billion for 10 yrs -overview.
The info about potential extension was in the Canadian Macarthur Minerals official announcement from recall.

KDNC rose 245% from 0.107p on opening today, Thur 21 Mar 2019. Then the RNS came out re: MacArthur at 12:43 noon and the share price of Cadence [KDNC] started rising from almost the 52 wk low of 0.1p.
Mkt Cap £29.84m with Hannan & Partners 31 Dec 2018 note with a target price of 0.87p.

Let history show whether this is the start of the RE-RATING due to the MMS [Macarthur] RNS of which KDNC owns 10% of. There are many other investments in KDNC*s portfolio eg BCN, EMH [20% stake], Greenland,licence [near word class Kvanjfeld rare earth, Greenland, 3 Australian lithium assets eg High profile Bald Hill, Western Australia + 2 other lithium assets in Northern Terr, Australia, Auroch and their latest copper high grade results in Australia & lastly Hastings Yangibana 30% JV etc.

I often see the word on forums but perhaps people are not cognisant what the term means - read the article and the definition.

For the avoidance of doubt, Hannan & Partners, London Investment Bank has issued an Initiation Note on KDNC at 0.87p via the Cadence website front page ie www.cadenceminerals.com There is also another broker note by WH Ireland broker and nomad on KDNC on Cadence website. The FCA also wants to know if people are telephoning, what does the broker note say as they are licenced to do cals. Same as in the USA - everyday, there are upgrades, downgrades and buy or sell notes by brokers that is posted on forums, Twitter and taken note of.

News. 21 Mar 2019 [Thur] KDNC RNS day - no speeding ticket[no reason for the rise] re: KDNC + 200% [MMS RNS]
As per Alan Green recent interview, KDNC had fallen to a low of some 0.105p etc.

That*s the FCA definition of AIM co*s from recall and ends with the risk one can lose the whole investments, hence sophisticated? Sophisticated are usually high net individuals who only have a small portion of their investments in these high risk stocks. I remember the broker wanted me to sign a form saying I understood the risks etc before I could be a client. DYOR.

I posted on 16 Mar 2019 that any one of REM*s [now KDNC] holdings could be a company maker as is common to all junior exploration stocks.

For example, one classic case is DGR Global [also a resource generator that acts like an investment fund due to many resource co*s they have a % stake in]. DGR*s largest value holding [mark to market] is almost 10% of Solgold. Solgold share price is some 41.75p today with a mkt cap of £770 million. It started at around 1.5p and at the low 1p with a market cap of £8m. History now. Solgold is a very rare case of what was a fairy tale per Mining Capital*s analyst, Alstair Ford.

Today, McArthur*s RNS is a small example of this although in its early stage.

I posted about McArthur on KDNC.pl but no one was interested as to what was happening to the co. Hence, I have not been on LSE KDNC for a long time since REM days. I was actually quite ? of the .....

So, it does help if one continues to research the co*s that KDNC holds as a % or 100% etc.

P.S. Hastings [Yangibana] of which KDNC has a 30% JV - Hastings latest: they could supply 6% of world rare earth.
Sonora Lithium [KDNC owns 2.77% per last declared + 30% JV] could supply 10% of lithium globally per Midas [link on LSE REM board]. The former link is also on KDNC.pl forum on LSE.

Loads of co-incidences. Without REM, there could be no BCN as there was no money to drill at the time in Canada which was common knowledge.

History now.

The Founder of this co is a Director of MacArthur Minerals plc and sits on the board. There are thousands of co on TSX Canada, ASX Australia, AIM UK and Main Mkt FTSE, it would be like picking 1 in a 1,000 from a recent Rick Rule interview about picking winners from recall?

Oh, its another co-incidence that the Founder*s neighbour is the Hastings Chairman at the time [Stanley Ho] and now Greenland Minerals [GGG on ASX] Chairman of which KDNC or REM has a licence next to the world class Kvanjfeld.
The story just goes on and on about the Founder*s picks eg 20% of EMH, Europe*s largest hard rock lithium deposit etc.

Carret [1896-1998] was a Barrons reporter. He managed money for family and friends that evolved into Pioneer Investments which he ran for 50 yrs during which time $10,000 became $8m. Warren Buffett said of Carret: best long term investment record I know.

The question put to me cannot be answered. Why? It is up to everyone to do their own due diligence and appraise value.

It depends on one*s own financial situation and family finances etc.

Remember what AIM is: it is by definition for sophisticated investors who know the risk etc.

Hence, not for me to say one way or other = No opinion = No advice.

I doubt that without D. Lenigas, there could have been KDNC*s 10% stake in MacArthur Minerals.
How would it be possible to pick MacArthur Minerals to invest in given thousands of junior exploration co*s in UK, Canada, Australia etc?

He is the Founder of this co and his vision.
