I have listed REM>KDNC*s 10 projects but not Clancy as I seem to not see it on the KDNC website.

All stocks are analysed and its how accurate one can get to the modelling of value [normal variance].

MY OVERVIEW - Observation:
1) Notes - From what you posted on BCN, lets say the notes are $4.78m = £3.67m
This has to be paid by early Dec 2019. It could be re-financed again, one cant rule that out.
However, lets say it is paid via the norm. Or they could even get a strategic investors like the Sheikh etc?

2)From a biz point of view, the strategy for REM/KDNC is to "trade" its way out as the commodity stocks are almost at the bottom [juniors] - Mickey Fulp*s recent interview is helpful although one could already see that.

3)EV is now readying and Alan Green said that EMH is "fast advancing."
That we know from the German govt*s push re: recent news of funding.

4)Alan Green said "more news flow" and right enough, last night the Hastings ANN, 27 Mar 2019. I checked the NAIF and they do not usually lend to biz of that size. The Queensland Treasury is in charge. The infrastructure funding eg $50m for an airport. So, not sure how they managed it. So, NAIF is doing due diligence. This may be the 1 PROJECT on the go.

How big is the JV area - then we can get an idea of multiples or the same as the Stage 1 project.
From one of my posts, Hasttings rare earth could supply 6% of GLOBAL demand from recall and it is going to Germany. For a govt to fund 100% OF THE PROJECT is really wow?

5)BCN-Alan Green said they have 2.25%. So, that appears not strategic so may go? Alan Green talks of 19% in EMH so it sound as if this is BCN 2.

6)Lenigas told investors years ago, that the BCN JV was structured in such a way legally, it could be SOLD without BCN*s approval. Need to confirm or re-check so dont quote me. That is what I recall.

7)Macarthur Minerals - Cameron tweeted a pic of him at Macquire*s - he does not tend to post irrelevant pics so may be there to discuss etc. The Macarthur stake is pretty strategic at 10.1% [DGR has 10% +- of Solg*s £770m mkt cap so Tier 1 in this range anyway] Iron per Fortesque just posted appears "hot".

8) REM Greenland - On the KDNC site, there is a map with these red lights flashing. GREENLAND is listed as one of these lights on the world map. Then, under projects, it is CLASSED ON ITS OWN MERITS AS KDNC GREENLAND sort of thing. So, they appear to consider it on its own merits. Look at GGG*s mkt cap, quite reasonable but was higher. Iron the peer has already got through so GGG is next per my post below.

9)Australia- LOOK at A40*s MKT CAP vs Kidman [think Kidman is supply Tesla?]. A/c to Haplo, A40, Alliance Minerals is waiting for off-take. Genius - the grade is sought after ie Bald Hill-Alliance Minerals $A40.
One to watch.

Then the other 2 in NT, one of which is near the CXO [see my post below].
These could be quite o.k but need to investigate further.

Comment: The KDNC RNS about placing was discussed by Mr Green. Mr Green mentioned that Cadence is an in mining investments primarily lithium. He went on to talk about the MOONSHINE TRANSFORMATIONAL Deal. This is with reference to the Macarthur Minerals 21 Mar 2019 Glencore "material" deal.

He also mentioned that co*s can strike a deal etc.

Justin then said that before the Macarthur said RNS, the share price of Cadence [KDNC was 0.11p and went to 0.38p. The next day it went from 0,39 to 0.5 and fell back to 0.2p.

I am posting the Alan Green interview of today as that is the only info about the co at this time via a public channel so that we have an idea. Yeah, the co can use a formal channel and us investors dont have to hunt around for data/info. Makes life easier.

We are now at 26 Mar 2019 today. So how could it BE REPAID AFTER JUNE 2019 when we are still in Mar 2019?

Therefore, you wrote an article dated 23 Mar 2019 and it was posted on Twitter and it HAD A PAYWALL.
So, no one would be able to read what you said further.

Since you took so long to come back, I gather you consulted the accountant who manages the site you posted it on?

Anyhow, its all toing and froing.

Suffice to say, your short-thesis was posted and no one COULD HAVE ANSWERED IT so looked at what you were REFERENCING. Hence, my posts are long as I provided REF/s.

I think the subject matter is now closed.

Otherwise, it would bore everyone to dead.

Oh, my attitude is this: If I dont want to take risk in AIM, then I dont buy AIM shares. Even the bellweather GEC went down with £1b in the bank over a takeover from recall. At the height of the financial crisis, the Lloyds Bank of this world went from £4-5 to 15p at the lowest point. Same for RBS at the time - drastic fall.

Since then, many stocks like Interserve etc have been ???

Case in point - In life, if dont want to take risk, then just eat beans and toast and tea - that*s my philosophy.

May I respectfully ask that you do not mention my name in your post.

The reason is that there is no such events happening as you mention. If you like, I would like to invite you to the FCA. That way, we can get it sorted via the names you mentioned. I have not met the other investors as I do not go to the London AGM*s and as people know I was in REM.

As you may be aware, all communications, public or private are on public record and that is how the authorities can trace SHARE DEALINGS, communications, share a/c*s and the example I quoted from the Guardian.

In a democracy, it would be good that we have higher standards of accountability before we say something that is not happening.

My own stock a/c with KDNC stock is also affected by the fall.

Thank you. If you would not accept my invitation, then it will illustrate that you may be aware the events are NOT happening. On EVERY forum, genuine investors or those interested are posting research - many know their stock very well and keep up the info/data they need.

However, you did not check the a/c to see that on the other side of the Balance Sheet, there is a near equivalent amount in borrowings section?

That was your initial post.

Hence, why we need to ask and get it peer reviewed by one and all so that we can get things right. It affects people*s money, savings and lives?

It is in 12 equal payments to end 2019 starting from Jan 2019.
