CADENCE 3 AUSTRALIAN LITHIUM ASSETS
-PICASSO
Near the High Profile Bald Hill, Western Australia.
dsfat posted a link to give the ranking of Bald Hill from an Australian official source. Posted on KDNC today, Thur, 28 Mar 2019.
-LITCHFIELD, Northern Territories, Australia
From the RNS 4 Mar 2019: "Near Darwin, CONTIGUOUS to Core Lithium ground."
CXO 45.4c, Mkt Cap A$38.19m
I recall the said RNS also mentioned FINNIS LITHIUM project - Core Lithium.
From the map, this project has a sealed road, 88km from mine to Port [Darwin].
Close to grid power, gas and rail infrastructure.
"Has potentially the BEST logistics to ASIAN of ANY AUSTRALIAN LITHIUM PROJECT."
"HIGHEST GRADE LITHIUM PROJECT IN AUSTRALIA."
"500 KM2 with over 100 pegmatite occurences."
"Wide intersections. UPGRADE potential."
Who we are: "1ST IN THE NORTHERN TERRITORIES [NT] , Australia"
"NPV $140m pre-tax"
"Payback 12 months"
"Capex $53.5m"
"$168m over 26 month project life."
"57% operating cost"
Grant-mine life 2.5 rs
Carlton & BP33
TIMELINE:
"COMMENCE mining, Q4, 2019."
"Q4 - 1ST CONCENTRATE PRODUCED" {Since they said Q4, I assume it is Q4, 2019?]

-ALCOOTA, Northern Territories [NT] Australia
From the said RNS [KDNC]: "Licence to be granted]"
Circa 145km from Alice Springs, NT and has seen comparitively limited exploration, though significant geochem samples from 10km south of the project returned assays of 10.2% Li2o, with evidence suggesting there is a pegmatite ZONE lithium prospective for lithium mineralisation."
Comment:
It is obvious Picasso & Litchfield is what they term, NEAROLOGY plays.
As in? Havieron is East to the massive Telfer mine in W.Australia.
The Founder quickly took the licence NEAR Havieron and just managed to get it within hrs ahead of Rio.
Needs to have ears to the ground and 24/7 kinda of listening on media as results come out from the co*s.
So, as for Alcoota, looks like its also nearology.
As for Finnis, they appear to be starting with what they can manage ie capex etc?
The data is quite stunning and no wonder why they are in the NT. From Darwin Port, it goes to Asia direct.
So, PICASSO is NEAR the ranked Bald Hill.
Litchfield is NEAR Finnish lithium project, Core Lithium, Australia.
Alcoota may be prospective?
The reason why the co wants 3 projects is quite normal - if 1 gets JV, part sold etc, then they have 2 more projects to fall back on and the co does not suddenly become one that has NO project, thus technically triggering....?
Also, when the area becomes more prospective, it is not easy to get ground then.
In the boom lithium era, I cant think anyone with the above esp near Bald Hill would have sold it unless they got big wonga? Only times are more...akin to Sonora days and so they need someone to keep up the wor
