RE: Possible SP1 May 2019 14:15
From the FT article that I posted today, does it not mean that if the SXX mkt cap is potentially £15 billion [FT quote $20bn] at today*s £800m mkt cap [FT quoted that currently], then it would be a 15 bagger?
15 bagger + is from £800m mkt cap [currently per FT] to £15bn [FT quote $20bn from CEO of SXX], it could equate to £2.40. [currently 16.16p per HL to sell at advertised rate and not live quote].
As said, £1.5bn...at P/E 10, could mean that dividends could be £500m [1/3 paid out with a cover of 3 times].
All above would need re-calculation with further adjustments as required but just looking at the rough estimates going from what the CEO of SXX told the FT today via their Natural Resources Editor, Neil Hume.
Please note that it is from the horse*s mouth ie CEO of SXX so no cals from me but just from what Chris Fraser, the CEO said.
Please check. DYOR.
From recall, the figures are roughly the same from the past projections.
All the usual caveats apply.
