Does this bot poster think if it keeps talking down SQZ that ENQ holders will get a better deal, lol. If Mercuira don't get this deal on their terms, it won't happen, nothing else matters afaic.

ITH are really rewarding their SH's, just announced their 3rd interim dividend which if final is held would make it circa 25% yield. wowww !!

No reason why SQZ going forward can't match or come close to that imo

Yep, yet another pulling the plug on NS, confidence is shot to pieces and now RR is looking ever so desperate by giving her backing to move forward with Jackdaw and Rosebank. How many more will we see call it a day, as this deal shows, was in the making for the past 15 months, "effective date of 1 January 2024.." EPL has been and still is an economic disaster that everyone can see except for the ones that need too. The deal made sense for ITH but I doubt if anyone else would of been interested at that price.

Fully agree, its 'just' a case of getting the best deal for both parties. As you say the early bird catches the worm, which I feel will ensure we then enter a bidding contest prior to the 'results' being publicly announced. We know what we have and others do too, just how much more value can be added is the unknown. For sure a deal of some sort will be brokered prior to completion of studies imo.

Given the US$4Bn to $6Bn uplift once the studies are complete, would it not be in an acquires interest to make a play now for ZIOC. I know ZIOC would like to wait for studies to complete but even then you have to ask yourself, how much will be left for the other guy !

For me, an approach prior to the studies being completed would encourage bidders more so imo, is this what our BoD are manoeuvring for, as the 'studies' are relatively short to completion, to 'get the ball rolling' as it were !
