That a concern for me, the top 4 have sufficient votes to take this private, indeed the top 3 do too given it's the percentage of on the day of those voting and not as a % of the share capital that determines if a resolution is passed or not.

As too, lack of positive press is also a concern as to why Zanaga are not promoting their world-class asset.

EPL review due to complete by end of May, so with noises coming out I would expect HBR to be bouncing. We know that HBR is no longer NS centric, market just heeds to catch up and with the figures this will surely happen. Unless of course Slim claims another scalp.

Well, plenty to look forward to during H2. I can see us getting a decent deal if the Enquest proposal happens, otherwise SQZ could do more than well enough as we are.

Strength shown this morning in a bounce could well indicate that Mr Market is expecting a deal. Normally we would have fallen circa 10%.

Probably reduced so as to hold back a sweetener cash payment to SQZ holders to get the deal over the line. They could have afforded to hold at last year’s 14p/s, but didn’t.

The trickle up/down is annoying more so the lack of progress with our SP. No volume at all, given all the drivers why aren't the company getting the message out into the wider public / institutional investors can only think it's to their advantage NOT to do so ! Have we not got everything in place or are we looking at further dilution from yet another 'strategic' investor or similar. Double digits SP should of been a formality after recent news !

Hate to think we are being lined up for Mgt BUYOUT, because that's what it's starting to feel like right now for me !

SP currently sat at VWMA(100) which says it all, no progress for 100 days or more.
