If it was the case of needing to change over the old guard ACW et al (who become NED's / advisors), then an all share offer of PMG at c50p may well get them. We would just need to issue 50m shares at approx 18% dilution. Our SP is sitting approx 18% off where we should be atm ~130p hummm.

PS SQZ would have benefited from adding c£25m CoH, 2P reserves of 45.7MMBoe, 6.7Kboepd production too.

SQZ have just been mentioned over on PMG BB as the suitor .... hummm !!!

Add on their rise on Friday and its more like >25%, looks like my "40-50p/s (£18m-£29m net) would be all it takes" is looking in danger atm.

Well, Brent now $46/barrel, gas still a very healthy 39p/therm, markets moving up, and SQZ going no where.

As I said, with this SP stagnation, the deal had better be worth it.

Normally that type of leap in SP would worry me as the gap would be enormous, however in this case the SP would only go in one direction thereafter..... skyward.... once the short termers have gone .... ie ones that have held for 3 years or less....lol

Yep, Imagine that happening in the US of A ...... not a chance. They would want a world class company to spread across the globe, taking over everything in its path. Well Exxon did mull a £120bn takeover of BP back in 2017 .... circa £6/s

Nothing to say they wouldn't come back with £4-£5 offer now.

We also had RDS say they would counter any approach in order for BP to stay in the UK, with Chevron also wanting to get in on the act too.

One thing for sure, having just bounced off our 25 year low, then an opportunistic offer is not out of the question, one bit.

Also, look at India (2nd largest population on the planet), imagine setting them the goal of removing ICE. Power is in general feed from dodgy overhead lines held on by Heath Robinson means in large areas of the country .... now try and configure that setup to charge cars !

That rise was imo, purely driven by rampers off the back of reasonable news from ZIOC. This has been a rampers stocks for sometime now ... but lately I guess they have easier ramps atm.

One day the news, out of the blue, will be very, very real and propel our SP into orbit .... that's why most here, just sit and wait for FOMO. As from an investing POV, is that the right call, who knows ..... just need to wait and see. lol

PMG risked-NAV based price target of 155p/sh or £168m Mcap .....

News by the end of the year. SQZ quoted 70 days to complete so week before Xmas and production in Q1 2021. imo.

Or will AA make magic happen once more !

Question is, will AA be the next Tom Cross (PMG) after his success with Dana. :-(
