That's how I see it too +30-40% .... although had we followed the markets up since vaccine news hit, SQZ should already be ~15-20% up.

So the world is clearly making massive progress on the vaccine front ... pity our SP isn't.

SP now +10% below start of year, we also have gas much higher price +40p/therm too, POO strong and strengthening all the time, added to that we have an additional 25% receivable revenue from the BKR agreement flowing into our bank account and bottom line. R3 to be online and delivering imminently and Columbus drill to follow in 4 months. No debt, minor decom charges and ~£100m CoH.

SP should be testing the 130's atm not stuck sub 115p ..... to top it all markets are on fire again today, yet SQZ are RED ffs.

SQZ stated that they hope to pay annually providing the business will support this .... imo I very much look forward to our next dividend which I would guess to be significantly higher than our maiden.

My guess is they will do a deal directly following listing, so yes, will go straight into suspension. Also another problem is newly listed companies usually take 'time' to be shown on various platforms and as such PI's, unless you go direct via your broker, will not get a sniff. AA is also aware that Kistos will be a firm favorite with both PI's and more importantly investment houses, he will use that to his advantage so PI's will need to be cautious imo.
Listing has been quoted as late November.

Are EDR 'slowing' the issuing of reports as discussions are underway for a t/o. Don't want to issue, what are bound to be poor results given gas/poo prices in those 6 months that would probably drop our SP making for an even more weakened negotiating position. Just a thought, nothing more and probably a load of rubbish ...lol

The requirements are you need to start off on AIM if you are unable to meet the criteria of main listing, in this case Kistos are unable to do so being a newly formed company without history of accounts being one. That said, I believe any reverse takeover of a listed company would automatically mean Kistos gain main market listing by default.

Alan was also involved in Salamader Energy who was sold to Ophir ....hummm he was also involved in the sale of Encore Oil and Gas .... think you are starting to get the idea for shareholders involved esp in Encore ....

So AA has gone for Alan Booth too as being on the new board ..... I remember him well from the Ophir days .... one to watch as he's not adverse to doing deals either, although some would say not in the best interest of shareholders esp when Ophir was sold to Medco back in early 2019 under what was questionable terms imo.

Not 100% convinced myself ... knowing how AA operates, his background ( particularly city contacts), AA makes sure he and other board / mgt have a controlling interest and to take calculated risks in making deals happen, AA track record speaks for itself. Yes those who get in RRE above 1850p T/O price would not have been happy, although my guess is not many had an average over that figure. AA made >£70m from RRE .... how the IPO is structured will be telling ..... which is yet TBA. How much of his personal fortune AA ploughs into Kistos will be key, my guess is not that much .... he does like to use other peoples money to make his own fortune having only spent £600k on RRE IPO at 50p/share. That said, should he use vast majority of his £70m for ~30% of the company, get the IPO away with backers small amount of debt and SQZ would maybe within reach ! But imo he would only do that if he has an exit plan, otherwise as you say "As for him going for SQZ, I really don't see that..." Who knows, on thing for sure it will be interesting if nothing else to follow AA progress.

It all depends on the IPO listing imo .... will they raise sufficient capital and possible debt to target SQZ .... who knows. One thing for certain AA is someone not to be underestimated imo. Still sticks with me prior to RRE being taken over AA in an open interview stated he was in talks that morning with financers ... Now, knowing what we know now that RRE had already been in T/O talks MONTHS prior, it begs the question, WHY would he need financing for a company that he knew was soon to be sold ?

So Kistos is a rose by any other name would smell as sweet. Same RRE MO it appears, as share distribution, geographical focus, investment targets and to make the set, poaching old RRE board members and staff too.... RRE clone.

One thing is for sure, I doubt he will have the fire-power to trouble SQZ but companies with £10-£100m MCap should be on high alert imo. Then again, all depends upon who his backers are and game plan after IPO listing.
