On the plus side, we are up 0.3pts :-)

AA also has Peter Mann as a primary shareholder of 2.98%, so access to additional capital will not be an issue imo.

So at some point in the future, for AA to get down to the same % he held with RRE, an additional 20% shares will be issued, hopefully at a much, much higher price than 100p launch.

Does AA need to make an offer for Kistos as he will own >30% ?

Interesting that on listing AA will own 33.54% of the company .... however prior to listing AA had owned 70.59%

There comes a point where the market can not sustain the shorters anymore. At that point the SP will turn, but by then the shorters (BoTs) would have transformed into bulls and their shorts are no more .... just a simple case of trying to guess that turning point.... I have missed it several times already but will keep on trying. lol

Agree, however, I would see PMG as just another stepping stone, a strategic move in building our company. Tom Cross et al, would, with the aid of ACW et al head the company and for sure, complete any immediate "transformational" deal needed to grow SQZ. ACW et al would then take a back seat, other than Mitch and Kate that is ! Tom imo, would love to replicate Dana with SQZ given the opportunity, so would I, Dana sold for £1.87bn
