Sorry, but duster has a valid point in that the gap at 110.72 has a real chance of being closed. You always get wild swing on new listings, KIST will be no different. They also attract the fast buck traders too.

You know this is a P&D lead rise when you have totally acceptable posts ( 2 different this morning alone) according to LSE rules being reported & removed. The 'gang' behind the pump will continue to report totally valid posts because it doesn't suit their agenda.

Could Exxon be clearing their decks ready for a BP acquisition. You don't pull off a major t/o then have your accounts look like cr$p following a t/o with massive write downs. The BoD would want to show what a great move it was to their shareholders. Just a thought.

I'm aware of our production split, with POO rising so does investor confidence within O&G sector regardless of a companies individual production split. Headline news will always be POO driven, no one in the mainstream media cares about NS Nat Gas prices.

Good day for gas too today, +4.5% now at 44p/therm, Brent back above $48/barrel... all looking good afaic for SQZ revenues.

RRE entered into an agreement on 29/2/20 with Viaro and completed 2 September 2020, with the cash offer on 6 July 2020 !!

So, what that tells us is a lot can be happening in the background that PI's have no idea about, although I would image certain MM do.

I would say, that would depend on the level of 'discussions' AA had with other entities he was eyeing whilst at RRE. We know the Viaro deal was signed, sealed and delivered in all but formality 6 months BEFORE the T/O RNS . So working on the assumption AA et al were indeed on a one way road to selling RRE during those 6 months, AA would had been 'moonlighting' ready for KIST imo. Recent lockdown and restrictions would for sure pushed out any timeline AA was working towards, so early to mid Q1 would be my best guess. For sure he will deal, just a case of when and at what price our SP is before suspension due to RTO. As mentioned before, I also expect MM to milk RI's given half a chance.

AA will certainly have a great try, otherwise he will be dumping £10,000,000 of his profits from RRE in the bin. He has come back to the market with a plan that's for sure.

How long and how the SP will respond is a difficult one. MM know AA's KIST will be a favorite with Retail investors and at some point they will feed off that.

Then you look at Tom Cross (ex Dana) at Parkmead to see that lightning doesn't always strike twice. Had a small punt on opening day with KIST just so I can be in ... will add if the SP drops below my entry as I'm sure there will be wild swing there.

I wouldn't bet against AA making another substantial personal profit from KIST though.

SQZ is still my baby afaic, just waiting for her to grow up and look after me in my retirement, like all good daughters should ....

GS will always play their position. You can bet your bottom $, that GS et al are now fully position on hard commodities ready for the next 3-5 years bull run after shorting the ar$e off FTSE companies inc BP, RDS (25yr lows) et al. So yes, I fully expect a bull run which has already started imo to be as exciting as the any other. Buy and hold the major players and also look into the overlooked, unloved smaller AIM companies that too will show great returns, although much more care and DD required when picking these. Even though SQZ is still on AIM, afaic SQZ are a main market player.

I can also envisage in the not too distant future BP doing a company split. Spinning off the new clean technology into a new company, one that will attract new clean energy funds, who atm are unable to invest and other institution/ PE /PI's that see this as the way forward. BP need to attract this multi billion investment market before the like of Amazon's Renewable Energy et al starts taking market share. What's left of the old hydrocarbon business will be disposed of over time, a process that is well underway atm. Probably a full rebranding of the new business too no doubt. aimo
