So it was accounted for in accounts but only on the balance sheet.

Hence the reason for that 15% fall and subsequent full recovery and more, the other week ..... one more step to take power from the individual into the hands of the few !!

There has been a major breakthrough in the Brexit negotiations on the rights of European fleets to fish in UK waters, Sky News understands.

The EU and the UK have all but finalised terms on the level of access for EU boats to seas within the UK's 200-mile exclusive economic zone.

The development comes after British and EU negotiators returned to the table for a "final throw of the dice" in an effort to secure a trade deal on Sunday.

It came after an hour-long call between Prime Minister Boris Johnson and European Commission Ursula von der Leyen on Saturday evening.

The two leaders agreed on a final push to reach an agreement.

In a joint statement following their discussion, Mr Johnson and Ms von der Leyen said that while "progress has been achieved in many areas... significant differences remain on three critical issues: level playing field, governance and fisheries".

British sources later warned the process could still conclude without an agreement.

A source close to the talks said: "This is the final throw of the dice."

So the alternative is to import LGP which has been proven to have a higher carbon footprint by far.

Usually these are based on subsequent employment by a competitor or alike. Not sure it it would cover 'personal' acquisitions.

Now that would be something, although PI's would not get much reward for holding for so, so long. Nothing is ever stacked in favour of PI's, just hope no one is left out of pocket should that occur.

Could ZIOC be his 'retirement' play ... after all he's done a marvelous job of keeping ZIOP on the back burner of GLEN's portfolio.

Either way, you do get the feeling that dark forces are active just on our peripheral vision of late although camouflaged within the dark shadows makes seeing the light for PI's almost impossible.

Moving to Q1 2021 expecting R3 online and very conservative 35kboepd production.

Using 43p/therm Gas and $49/barrel Brent Opex of $12.60 and Q1 2021 hedges, we would, post Opex have an operating margin of $24.39boe

35kboepd that's $5.98m per week, $310m (£230m)per annum cash flow or in other words would cover our current Mcap at x1.3

Using 43p/therm Gas and $49/barrel Brent Opex of $12.60 and Q4 2020 hedges, we are currently, post Opex have an operating margin of $23.70boe (£17.64)

On 30kboepd that's $4.8m per week, $250m (£186m)per annum or in other words would cover our current Mcap at x1.6.

Forgot to add, remember we are not some cash shell, we are producing ~30,000boepd, at low capex making substantial profits (even during the exceptionally difficult covid period) with over £110m in the bank, no debt and insignificant deccom cost. About to bring on stream another 5-7kboepd, I hope, with another +3kboepd late 2021.

Not really answered my question as to how you value SQZ atm, we all know stock market is irrational. We know that SQZ has exceptional high trading occurrence by BoTs. As for "At the moment the company has limit proven resource.." that is the case for all O&G, is it not, at any given point. You say, "wouldn’t all the IIs jump in" seriously, numerous reasons I would say including listing status, Mcap, sector, portfolios restrictions etc etc. Not that I think it would shift our SP anyhow.

All I know is our SP is not acting 'normally' atm given all the significant macro news driving all sectors. Only 1.5% up since the seismic shift in +ve market sentiment in early November is just not cricket !
