Exactly, they have £250m un-drawn capital .... that was 'allocated' for the RRE deal, which we know was already signed sealed and delivered in principle, March 2020, so knew in advance had no need for such high capital investment ( 2 x £250m) for the RRE acquisition alone ...

Do the sums and utilizing SQZ cash in the deal, same MO as RRE T/O, then SQZ is easily obtainable imo

Remember who the backers for the RRE were and their NS growth ambitions !

They are clearly loathed to take it below £1 knowing it will be met with heavy buying, don't want to let all that hard work go to waste with SP climbing once more.

Why don't we just put the 'for sale' sign up, take out an ad in the Telegraph ... I'm sure we will have numerous PE's knocking on our door to look at flipping in the near future and I'm sure the Chinese would not want that for various reasons. ...... PE's have billions sitting waiting for opportunities, I really do think outside of BB, immediate investors and 'interested parties' that ZIOC / ZIOP has no where near the exposure it craves. At least that way, rumour mill will get fired up if nothing else....

Interesting comparison ... OK totally different field but it's worth noting how a company can grow beyond all reasonable metrics to become a multi-billion £ company ..... who am I taking about ..... ITM

A company that is worth $3bn .... has no real assets, revenue of £3m .... that's right £3m pa .... yet to make a profit but does have £39m cash !!! Bagged x15 in ~18 months.

What it's the main driver .... sentiment imo

We just need the commod's market to take-off, sentiment to follow and we too will be on the way. All indications are that the next mega bull commod's cycle has just begun .... lets hope ZIOC are onboard for the ride.

As for yesterday by way of example, every time a decent buy came in (not talking about those large trades now btw) it was countered by 'A' sells.

Agree, I too have for many months now felt the same way .... My only though is ACW et al want to maximize SH value by holding out until one or more of the 4 drivers comes into play.

Be nice to be proven wrong with that mega deal .... but time and macro environment appears to be stacking rapidly against us now.

It's not always about creating value, more a case of eliminating the opposition for a strategic play too.

The Elephant in The Room ..... is of course, another transformational deal .... this is the real driver for me and ultimate driver for SH value.

OK, any potential suitor would need to balance the price offered against the possibility of SP getting away.

We have 4 near term drivers, any of which could significantly move our SP.

1. Brexit Trade Deal (to include £:$ exchange rate altering)
2. R3
3. Licence renewal
4. Covid

So when would be the optimum time to make a move ..... or indeed, our BoD willing to accept that valuation.

I would say we are now entering that Catch 22 zone.

Missed off the list a £190k trade last week too.

So we had .... £425k , £424k and £421k recent large trades and QC tries telling us we don't have any interest in the share, I once again beg to differ.
