Fully agree that we all want to see value out here .... but how many would say yes to a 60% premium tomorrow ? The SP is being played imo although others disagree, 150-170p would be good, should R3 be successful the we could be looking at 170-190p. That said the next few weeks or so will be critical to SQZ survival ... lets all hope its another transformational deal along with R3 a success first... that would do me.

At the end of the day, any t/o will be put to the vote ... remain or leave !! Ring any bells .. lol

Hope you are keeping well .... I'm looking forward to my jab asap, taking the old boy next door at the weekend for his first, he's not left the house since it all began back in March !! It will be life changing for him, bit like our next mega deal for us too.

Since the initial bounce from late March to end of May .... for the past +6 months our SP has gone nowhere, against a backdrop of Nat Gas that has risen +500% and Brent ~170% off their lows. ..defies logic for a cash rich, debt free company producing >27kboepd - 31kboepd

The price we need to pay for any acquisition is increasing daily as O&G continues to strengthen .... discussion will be getting more difficult daily atm...... Have we not only missed the boat, but the entire fleet .... !!

Brent closing in on $55/barrel, Nat Gas >55p/therm never been better for a long time, however we have .... SQZ going down ..... getting very, very tiresome atm.

Only fly would be Covid-21 ... and having to possibly start the vaccinations over again with 'tweaked' vaccines that will clearly need to be produced and distributed too ... so extend restrictions for another 6-12 months imo

BP like ALL O&G companies forward sell a % of their production, however the majority is at daily spot prices. So I fully expect much improved financials for next quarter results. The market however will use this latest announcement by Boris to rob the PI's. Add in latest disposals of non-core profitable assets and strategic shift to renewables , ie Ineos completes £4bn acquisition of BP petrochemicals business today.... cash build will be massive vs last quarter.

BP is a global company with massive diversification .... UK lock-down will not impact BP ability to make cash one bit ... buy on dips in the morning. aimo

Using 60p/therm Gas and $52.50/barrel Brent Opex of $12.60 and Q1 2021 hedges, we are currently, post Opex have an operating margin of $32.07boe (£23.45) per unit boe or £633k/day or £4.4m/week post Opex on a very conservative 27kboepd.... using 35kboepd you have an amazing £820k/day and £5.75m/week or £300,000,000 pa Vs CURRENT MCap of £308m ......

As I say, we are a certain target for t/o atm.

PS Now LESS THAN 12 MONTHS until 100% receivables from BKR.
