The average NBP spot price in Q4 2020 exceeded 38p/therm, H1 2020 average gas prices of ~19.1p/therm both considerably higher than the 15.5p/therm required for break-even. For H1 we reported a mid-year profit before tax of £20.4m, even with historic NBP lows of sub 10p/therm and production outage ......so looking forward to impressive set of 2020 results against a backdrop of extremely harsh trading conditions.

SQZ still making substantial profits, very healthy CoH and remain debt free ....

Correct, 'IF' the BoD decide the offer was 'insufficient' then there is no legal requirement to issue a statement.

ITM, one of the over hyped hydrogen companies imo .... Mcap £3.7bn yet to make a profit and annual revenue of £3.2m ... yes, million ... Unjustifiable Mcap ... but then too is Tesla imo, just hope that the likes of ITM are not a target of BP.

Don't forget over the last 12 months BP have worked hard to sell-off non performing assets and lower Opex combined with sale of key assets in their move to 'greener' pastures ..... this will reflect in their YE accounts for the better ... BP are easily a +450p share come Dec 2021 imo, accounts that Institutional investors can already anticipate .... plus significant move on dividends to top it all will aid in BP's SP recovery with funds wanting in too.

So, Gas Futures up a massive 44.2% over last four sessions ... :-)

Now @ 76.75p/therm and NBP yesterday 60.69p/therm, only 8 months ago was 8.8p

Plenty of decent sized trades once more today too.

I do think Rishi will upset a lot of investors with his budget this year imo. To me he is a bigger risk than the markets themselves atm.

I think £60k profit would make most here happy..... for some of our care workers, that's 5 years salary.

Think we may all need to book our places now whilst we are able, then, when the project is finally sold. We can all have a good old knees up and sing-a-long at the same time trying to keep our teeth in and defying gravity with our zimmer frames to hand .

Waiting for ZIOC to come good is like waiting for yesterday ...
