I keep seeing people posting that they cant cope with the work load, could you cope if they gave you a pay rise? Sounds like the thought of harder work is just a turn off rather not possible? If as you say iots not realistic you wont be the only one who fails to meet targets, its will be reviewed again in no time when a systems shows its not working, but you have to try it to see...

@Viva - the war might end but this will turn into a new cold war, while some sanctions will be relaxed i think the west will still turn the screw on Russia until Mr P and the Siloviki are removed from power. How long that will take is anyone guess so best to be realistic with SP target i think ignoring Rus POLY for now and focusing on Kaz Poly at $4 is a realistic outcome, beyond that depends on a lot of things happening further down the road, nice to see the SP bullish again, lets hope there is some kind of tax wrapper in the announcement to come, maybe in Dubai?

@JNT - what is happening is its almost nailed on we will redom, Kaz price is around $4, i expect Poly LSE to be above £3 once thats confirmed, price is correcting inline with AIX then hopefully we should get a correction inline with POLY Rus a bit further down the road.
