@Dowsie - both, hes done a good job at rattling Dave, when it comes to internal management ide say no but he was used for a purpose by the looks of it, he looked close to nervous break down in that first select committee, skin complaint breakouts are good indicator of severe stress too....

@Anger - the problem i face and many face is being 'in' when they try to deliver, collecting from a near location that is guaranteed to able to collect it is such a MASSIVE help, being able to go when it suites me takes a huge weight off my shoulders. Its easy and convenient.

With regards to the sending customer providing delivery address email or mobile phone number, would be no need to from a business address to or from online company or sale only a request for it from private to private address should be mandatory, if not provided and 1 failed delivery attempt take it to nearest post office. Easy way to cut out time wasting.

Any delivery model works IF you keep in touch with customer, this is where i can see RM make major improvements, after any failed first delivery attempt they should communicate that to customer not via card by either email or text message. Sending customer should not be able to send without a respondents email or mobile as minimum, all online orders will have this by default so no big issue.

@RGPOstie - you missed out one very important thing, first delivery attempt failed, send email or text message before second delivery attempt and get it redirected to local post office. VERY VERY handy if your a busy boy and out and about.

@Neeew - some of theswe spikes are just the spread widening, we now have 4 potential auction calls a day which is when the spread opens up, we are actually only a few pence up on a friday thursday in reality
