@MrCarl - im lucky enough to have lived in other countries so i know not to just look through the UK lens, when you are in another country for long periods it becomes your world, the lens you see the world and everything through.

No one here is defending Mad Vlad, we all know hes in the wrong, but defending Russia yes and trying to show there is some catalyst that has started this. Now my son, listen to uncle Newdealz, hes trying to show you the way of the world and not to be so narrow minded, i dont care if you've got hairy legs or what you do with your cineworld tickets, but just try listen with an open mind and not ignorant attitude towards others and try not to get so emotional when looking at facts.

If you want a nice fact to think about for the rest of the weekend the CWU union for Royalmail (IDS) came to an agreement over the pay dispute last night, its been a 12 months long running dispute so im expecting fireworks over the next week, you may even be able to make back that 2k that you bitterly lost earlier in the year.... ?

@Chippy - if you can be bothered scroll back through my messages about year ago i said exactly the same thing, my friend who is in his mid 40s and is of the oldskool train of thought, he actually comes from Khabarovsk where POLY have several mines, i speak with him via video calls regularly so am pretty in touch with things, he even got summonds for mobilisation in 1st round and managed to swerve it. As you say the youth will bring Russia out of authoritarianism, which is why i stick up for Russia on here, its a two way street and not the way its painted in the news and online. Russophobia is real and something else that West will have to deal with once this war is over.

You know the Russians actually respect us in the UK, for that reason we have no room to talk when it comes to imperial bullying, im sure you all know your history...

@Chippy - we dont want either, as you know one of my friends lives in Moscow, another in Kyiv, i know all about how they talk when not on camera, when it comes to Ukraine it is fundamentally Russian, not Western. They have a different way but they dont need saving, that is a complete misconception, Russians like there way of life, i know it first hand dont need to watch no videos. What they dont want is interference from USA and the demoncrats, they look at the media circus we live in with despise and i have to agree with them

dig your own grave, up to you now isnt it, the company have made it clear you wont stop these changes, only delay them, for the share holder the better option without doubt is special administration long term, whist i dont want to see that you guys have to take some movement, cant get everything you want thats why its called negotiations. Another thing worth to mention is that over time staff will naturally come and go and new employees signed onto new terms contracts and those staff wont mind because the jobs will be advertised with those new working hours. Out with old and in with the new as they say...

@Mr Carl - There is a lot of people living in this world now wishing they could go back to the past, Senile jimmy and his gang is poisoning every corner of the earth, apart from those stronger Mad Vlad types that wont allow the poisoning to begin, come back here in 20 years and revisit this thread and ile bet good money you will agree you backed the wrong horse.

@Big-Blue - the point i was trying to make was to show you where the aggression has come from, im not debating the rights and wrongs of it, i know its wrong, but there is always a catalyst to any event, ignoring that will get you straight back into the same situation again. Im sure you are aware there are just as many civilians dying on the occupied side of the Donbass and Donetsk, and that was another reason amongst many...

@Chippy - who wrote the legality? You help your neighbour buy his house and and land spend years nurturing it, he had a nice little stream at the bottom of it that they use to let you launch your boat from, but Mr Big-Blue unbeknown to you was plotting to get that garden behind your back. Letter after letter from the council stating what was about to take place you had enough and thought 'whos law is this anyway'? Who wrote this law to their favour?

@Chippy - Say you have lived in a nice big house all your life and never had the right amount of land you wanted, then just recently big-blue moved into the house 2 doors from you, your neighbour next to you said he was giving away his back garden and decided to give it to big-blue, even though you have invested in the local area all your life how would you feel? Would you bother asking for your piece of the land or just go and take a slice?

@Chippy - you know my stance, you've been on this board as long as me, ide love to see Ukraine win, but lets not forget who has started this and who starts nearly every war in this world! Yes time is coming fast and the game is up for the loons in the Pentagon, innocent people losing their lives to keep those clowns in power, China will sort them out dont worry, its coming, be careful what you wish for ;-)
