islesworth all the best run companies incentivise their staff, that is well know fact, RMG is in transition mode, how the hell can they get it right if Dave and co try and stop any changes, how can you expect to improve service until everyone in the chain has also seen some productivity changes, the company has to start somewhere.
Change is hard for some people, certain character types really struggle with it, its something you have to learn to do and embrace and just go with it, ive worked for a company that ran 10 times better when the boss and managers where away on long vacations, your not the first and wont be the last but you have to start somewhere. That somewhere is right here and right now.
