RE: Have these militants uber idiots signed the deal yet22 Apr 2023 09:51
@RT - red militant zombies tend to just walk around in circles with their arms out making lots of noise, they will soon have to be doing that at the local benefits office, its a perfect switch with the same mind set, same character type which thinks the world owe's them a living.
A lot i suspect are manic depressive's, they seem hardened and highly used to this degree of stress, moaning and mental anxiety, normal staff will be sick to the back teeth of it and some may even have suffered genuine mental health problems over the worry. I would say with this debacle many staff will have either had enough of the CWU and or Royalmail now, i suspect there will be an abnormal rise in redundancies and staff leaving, higher than normal sick leave and lower than normal CWU membership. I think at some point in the near future Mr DW will also be gone, if they vote no he's finished, if they vote yes hes failed.
Shareholder win, shareholder win.
I would say reality is very very slowly hitting home, now the papers are out there for zombies to read Dave will be bricking his pants as the anxiety now lays on his lap. He knows hes finished if this doesnt go through its nailed on special administration if so and massive clear out which means RM moving on and cutting the union chains.
Changes will not be stopped regardless or what those militants say on here, strike, more strikes later more trouble later, they are just trouble makers and RM is biding its time at slowly getting them out. The red targets are now stuck on those trouble makers hard and fast, they will be the first to go in the waves of people let go.
Haggis - i didnt see you complaining about the managers who were let go, saying you would vote no if they were not reinstated?
