@Kuuj your probably first best to try and get used to the language and terms used, as offmessage said there are loads of places to learn but understanding basic first then go onto to the more techincal stuff.
I use CMCMarkets for spread betting and their charts are great, you can get free charts also depending on what you want, if you just want end of day Pro-Realtime is a good start, etoro also you can start a dummy account practice account with charts give most techical indicators, the only problem i have with etoro is they make money through the spread price so the actual price on thier platform is not the market price. Its good for indicators and candles signals though.
I would start by reading and then maybe pro-realtime for free daily, if you find a platform you really like its worth investing in, or use a spread betting platform, just be careful though with spread betting platforms as they will hassle you to fully join and its real money you will lose, as its not share trading so to speak.
