We've been bouncing off the 50MA all morning, its just dropped through briefly but US open soon which im hoping will give it second wind and crack that £8 mark. S&P has recovered a bit over night so looks like they will follow our lead and havea positive day... fingers crossed

you are assuming that these are all sells ;-) smart money is as shifty as they come, they will try to hide big orders and let others through to keep us all hooked. What we are seeing is accumulation of stock, pi's getting tired and handing over their shares to the bigger players. Is an accumualtion zone or 'demand' zone which is why it wont go lower.

@roxy yes i just saw some others here saying they had done that and wanted to be clear i wouldnt advise it, if your young enough it doesnt matter you can go again like i have, it also depends where you are in your life and your responsibilities, i have none and am getting on a bit now and had a major health scare back in 2016, Covid and now this war has given me a different way of seeing life going forward, its win big this time and sit back and enjoy things. Im a gambler and like risky trading but only with big fish, not as reckless as before though in 2009 crash. We live and learn ))

@SFH i think they would gladly hover up the shares at bargain prices, there are little sellers left here now and yesterdays RNS of Inst holdings increase gives us a good base thta the market see this as oversold. We want this to makea new high at £8.30 to validate that bottom and continuation of uptrend.

@FA hands up i am guilty, BUT i will say never play on the stock market with what you cannot afford to lose, i ceartinly would not be taking out loans\remortageing and that kind of thing, if i got wiped with my portfolio i will be OK as i a few quid under my mattress )) Been here before, which i why i now stay away from AIM market, the bigger fish swim in calmer safer waters.

@Big-Blue its a mythe about going all in, if you find a gem at bargain price its a good call, even Warren Buffet says this, i couldnt in my life think of a better risk reward ratio on any share in the market in my life time, well apart from when i bought Taylor Wimpey between 5-10p a share. topped up another 3000 shares this morning ))nice uptrend off the 20 & 50MA since yesterday . I see a wider market recovery coming now for a bit as the S&P500 double bottomed yesterday and is now on the move back up.

@Roxy, i inquired way back in 2010 and i think then it was about £200 a month, i looked again recently but no prices on the website. From what i know you get level 3 access and can see the complete order book dealing directly with london stock exchange, any fat finger mistakes there is no come back, no trial your straight in at the deep end as they say. It sounds a lot but if you think you could easily save that on one trade by getting your timing right. Ide be interetsed to see the layout and as you say the functionality of the app.

@Roxy i just think of the UT as the last sale of the day in auction, its the final price agreed. The UT sometimes can include hidden large orders and is the final price of the day.

If you want access to auctions you will need DMA as chique has said, IG Markets offer it on semi pro platform, i would be interested to know if anyone here has it and is it worth the cost?

@Horult yes its called the Baikal CPU they also have ARM technology patent i believe, whether thats still valid i dont know but both CPU technology are 8 years out of date, as you say little relevance for missiles.

@Boyo i know you said yesterday your out here so thought you might be interested in couple of other plays, WPP is stamp duty free and looking at confirmation bottom, RMG is at 4 month bottom channel today with a Gap down above from this morning.

Good to see OCDO holding this bottom, with carnage again over yesterday it gives me greater confidence that if this was going to drop further it would have today. Im going for a green finish.

Just had double up top up, good time to invest with final divi in July, at the bottom of 4 month down trend channel with a nice Gap fill just above.

@SFH yes i completely get that, i get a bit of obsessed with charts as fundementals arent really my thing, so you have to adapt your thinking all the time. if its any consilation i have been in your situation many times and worse, ive lost big in the past with AIm shares XEL, VOG and YELL, at least with Ocado you should just be able to sit it out and the boss has to perform to get his bonus, im very sure you will be OK in the long run as all is not lost.

@Boyo, games where getting played today especially in the fisrt 2 hours, sure S&P isnt the whole story but definitely gave momentum to that downwards shift. Im OK with price atm, if we hold this its showing some strength, a double bottom would be a real test but i would rather see a progressive move up from here. lets see what tomorrow brings

It looks similar but if you look at the finer details its actually nothing like it, for start the roof is pitched on the house, the white pilar is completely different including the plynth underneath it. Either froma totally differnt time or the Russian roof contractors have been in made a proper WE bodgit and co job of it.

@Boyo chech the the S&P 500 on the hourly and OCDO on hourly you will see they both dropped at same time.

The long term trend for S&P500 you will see we have matched that with the rise above support for 4 days (the rise actually started 5 days ago if you count today and the time factor difference)

@SFH if its any concilation imo opinion it is the war that is causing this, its not a coincidence that with Mariupol surrender and agreement was 4 days ago, the US S&P500 rose, it stayed above the support level 3996 till today, since last night they have both declared the war is not over and or no sieze fire.

Im not aware of any other major US data being released today but i stand to be corrected by anyone here that knows? News can change everyday so try to not focus on the price, if not sell some and buy back again later, as others have said trading it can be a great way help your average.
