@tunafish i think you will find it was the other way around the Kievan Rus from what is now called Ukraine where many regions and all self governing with there owner rulers, they were always at war with each and one group in particluar moved from the Ukraine area, this group then went on to move to area where moscow is today, they where then renamed the muscovites after forming there settlement and thats how Moscow was born. At the time most Rus people lived in what is now called St Petersberg. Theyr really are all one tribe from that viking ancient era.

@Chilting i would say a lot of this downward pressure has been shorts and ii's offloading, a nice double bottom pattern today is what pushed this straight back up, lets hope we can keep some momentum and attact some new buyers, a nice big green day would get us back on the radar.

1minute chart, resistance just broken @7.85, confirmed with it now becoming support and bouncing off, text book uptrend candle stick patterns, hopefully have another crack @7.96, slowly up we go

theres a lot of profit there from yesterdays high of 9.30 ish down to 7.60, what we are seeing now is profit taking and shorts closing, there is also the potential for some good news on the war Monday which is why the shorters and short selling CFD's will be looking to close positions.

I wouldnt be surporised to see this back up in the mid £8.50s soon, simply based on bounce back back effect, regradless of valuations.

@Foor ive been saying the same thing for last 2 weeks, they are wanting those shares under us, its easy to see what is happening if you check the volume when it dips below, big orders sitting there sucking it up, if they are prepared to buy at this price they will also wont let it go lower because all they have to do is buy more to prop up the SP.

Trading psychology and price action is everything not the share price, suppressed SP and sideways actions over longer periods is proof of ii's buying in, at some point though they are going to have to cut their losses and let it go, any sign of war over and it will fly, also any break away deal for Kazak and new auditors, lots to look forward to in just the short term ))

@anon 1 or 2 down days do not break a trend, 4 days back we had a low 2.38, until the SP goes lower than that and CLOSES at that or below we are still in the uptrend.

seems to me that 2.50 is the base right now, a spike in price on monday keeps us rolling along the trend nicely.

We all have different views and easy to negative looking at red board, if you want to see some real p[ain come on to the OCDO board haha

@CWWX i didnt know that, but in that case you could argue that having taken one hit they wouldnt be happy with taking two? i dont think that the end game for EVR in any case, if the war ends is it not possible for them to be reinstated?
