Evening all..am holding long, finally above my average.. but for what reason will this head back north back towards 1p..? Although i pray fornthis to happen, i think it more likely to head south until more transformational news hits... as is the normal with vast.

.. a long drift back downward..? Or rise in anticipation of imminent news? 0.6 tested or 1p tested...:)

... how bad is it people...? Newbie to this share looking @ lth for a quick analysis... have read rns, and dipped my toe in based on future fundamentals, dont believe there will be a cash raise down here, but clearly market has other ideas... not convinced this will be a quick win, but will correct itself over time.

My Ave is 0.35p now I bit the bullet and bought more lower.. I would like to think ill get my money back this year but that little voice on my shoulder shouting 'placing!' Is not helping..
It's just a boring share to be in, hence the volume.. we'll that, and the fact that one too many half truths have been spouted by the board.
Where is the 'shareholder value' promised last year when I was listening to one of APs talks..? To date from then to start of jan there has only been erosion.. we could be turning to the upside, but personally I would like more info on costs/sales, when break even will be achieved (roughly), if at all, a positive diamond update by Jan 31st would also be nice, but again I have that little voice on my shoulder..

Another shorter seems to have doubled down a little more.. overall total up a tad.. high risk imo.. but can see this yoyo around for a few weeks before kaboom... 1000p, Mr Ashley you can have my 12000 for 1500pps.. do we have a deal..? :)

The shorts haven't increased.. as stated previously that nothing gets reported under 0.5%, sooooooo.... when a hedge fund increases their short from let's say 0.49% to 0.51% it then looks like the overall percentage has gone up half a percent more, whereas the reality is very little difference has taken place! If anything the shorts have DECREASED over last few days (from 7.9 to 7.8%..), although the reality is that there is a 9/10 percent short here, if all the smaller boys are included..

I think a few of these are going to lose their shirts if not reduced over next few weeks..

It's only because nothing is reported below 0.5% that we don't see it.. nothings changed!

Omg dogger, you are desperate! Nasdaq and dow down 1%, not exactly a collapse! Judging by your previous dealings I'm glad that I am long on this share!!

Dogger, are you short on this..? I don't approve of anyone belittling others that lost large amounts of money either!

This has all been said before... bankruptcy imo very very unlikely... a cash raise in next 6 to 12 months.. not out of the question imo, as next 6 months will be a tough slog and non profit making, but now asos is beginning to get the right people in place for a heavy turnaround, and if at least sales volumes are maintained then profit will come.. Will it come before a cash injection is needed... hmmmmm....
That being said, dilution at let's say £8-10 per share @ 50 million shares wouldn't necessarily be deemed negative!
Hold and be brave.. Jan update imo will support current position (ie sales and stock levels) and allow us to move back up to circa £8 per share soon enough once the threat of any lasting recession fades, and inflation drops in chunks..
