Fair value now @5.3p.. with a 20p target..
Have been sitting on fence watching as the bottom feeders plus one or two shorters play their games.. this has been massively played, any talk of another placing is premature imo and if held.for just a few days then normal service will be resumed back into the 2p range..
.. end to the day is the prediction...
Boing...!
My take or look on this is that Vast has always had an agreement with their creditors of which Vast needee to show their abilities to repay the loans in full.. and thus Vast will always need the possible headroom to , at some point, repay those loans out of shareholders capital..
I don't believe they will either use this headroom to repay creditors or massively dilute shareholders at first, but Vast will again need funds for working capital, corporate liabilities etc, so a raise of £1-2 million is likely soon after consolidation.. will this then be enough to get to profitability at Baita, and allow funds to material lise at both Tajik and thr new PGM deal.. who knows.. Aprelevka is way off from producing funds for Vast, so its really down to diamonds arriving to offset debt, and Baita turning.. ill still stick to my predicted break even poontof end of H1 - start of H2 which is a full year beyond when AP was spouting thr glorious break even month of last June..
With the likely consolidation, then almost immediate dilution we are currently looking at a share price of around 0.35p per share (0.072 x 6 = 0.432 Plus dilution of at least 250 million shares)..
If Baita turns profitable in near future, the PGM deal materialises and diamonds are pulled out of a hat then an mcap of £50 million plus is possible.. I believe this would have more chance if AP were to stand down
Yes..
What about the 'deferred shares'..? I know they have no economic value, but in this case what purpose do they serve? Is it so these shares can be released when the price is above a certain level?
Loyaltrader - if this does happen (10 bags and 1p share price / £50 million mcap) then I will buy you a drink sir 😉
AP Used salary owed fo him to gain those shares.. and thus he didn't put his hand in his own pocket at all.. just the salary money he was owed was adjusted to take into account the shares taken..
The rns is a minefield of jargon that's not even backed up by cornish..
I think that Vast won't automatically dilute the whole shebang to pay off creditors, like before, they'll just put through a placing for 1-2 million, which should then (I'm hoping) push the share price back to its equivalent par value.. get out then.. before it drops all the way back to 0.1 after consolidation..
There was a hint of traders here on Friday afternoon and I think they'll be back sniffing for opportunities this week
Based on what...? I want this to multibag and will be elated if this happens... but then reality steps in and says stop being ridiculous!
If you can back up your claim of a multibagger without the words of diamonds, as this will not help Vast for long imo because if they use said diamonds to pay debts then working capital will still be needed going forward..
There's just too much ifs, buts and maybes to warrant such a rise
Lets assume VAST do a placing to clear some or all of the debt.
When the diamonds arrive they can then simply buy back the placing shares
Kever.. I'm sorry, but you are deluded to the point of insanity.. no way will Vast be buying back a single share, not a hope in hell..
Asi - current price is 0.075, after a 1 for 9 consolidation the price would be (assuming current price held) 0.675.. meaning a heavy placing at around 0.5p could be done for more working capital.. but to pay creditors I'd say around 2.5billion shares would be needed.. again, this is assuming no news is forthcoming to boost thr share price..
We all know Vast, and they have a history of doing what they said they didn't need to do.. so using the headroom for working capital leaving the creditors to wait for diamonds would seem about right..
AP needs to step down, but who would replace him..? No company would invest in Vast at this juncture.. it would be better to let Vast Co go into administration and take the assets into New Co, leaving I believe just Alpha debt to deal with..?
The diamonds may as well be grade A gems 100% for what use they are to Vast.. a pipe dream if they arrive by month end, a long shot if they are with Vast by H1 end..
Oofy.. as sad as this is and I'll be sad, I have to begrudgingly agree.. other than the glib RNS and its nomad not even backing it in words, they have been tight lipped.. imo worried how this will play out, I noticed on Friday that a couple of the usual pumpers arrived and i will use this to make my exit, that is unless this week coming has positive news on funds and company ops going forward.. doubtful, but you never know.
Kever for the 500th time I'm not bothered by the diamonds as they will never be the life changer for this company.. a contract to mine in zim would, as would a profitable sustainable mine...neither which Vast have, or will have in the short term..
H2 2024 should see a turn to profit at Baita imo.. but sustained profit could and should take longer.. maybe as long as Q1 2025..
You are clutching at straws with Vasts latest emails.. I've had emails during 3/4 years back stating similar things before last consolidation..
If, and it is still an if Vast get the votes to both consolidate and issue more shares, what do you think they will do next..?
In March the money will run out and they will have to place again.. and, somehow there will be issues with the pgm contracts or deliveries etc so first monies won't arrive, and hey presto- Vast are pleased to announce the Placing of 400 million shares at 0.5p (consolidated price)..
AP hasn't come out with a podcast so far, and if he doesn't or there's no other information or guarantees that the next placings will be used for pnlydebt repayment then I'm out.. but before I do, I'll squeeze every single extra penny out of my holding before the end of this month..
100% agree asi.. more likely than not headway and consolidation granted, then a placing to raise up to £2million (imo) for the usual.. working capital, corporate obligations etc.. previous rns all said the same.. ast have just twisted a few words and come up with yet another scenario whereby dangling the carrot of pgm sales might, just might save us in the form of restructuring... Will never happen imo.. otherwise Mercuria would have taken up their options long ago...
I hate to say it, but diamonds would be the factor to keep the Wolves from the door.. and even that seems unlikely now, and AP, who has said nothing, and Vast know this..
**** Sandyshore - what do you make of this...? You've stayed quiet, which imo is never good.. 😊 ***
I doubt that email is even real Euston.. and even if it was? It just spouts a load of old nothing..
