Vast haven't agreed to just dump £million pounds worth of shares on market, however, to show creditors that they have the ability to cover thr debt, Vast then need to seek permission to issue the shares should it become necessary, it hasn't so far, so there must be caveats in place which allows Bast breathing room.. ie interest payments, diamonds etc.

Are Vast the most unluckiest company when it comes to getting paid or what..?

A resolution to place up to £600k is being asked for and will be used unless funding arrives within next few weeks.. Fact!

Haven't Vast already taken this to court.., and won...? It's obvious some form of discussion is happening behind closed doors, wether this will lead to the recovery of said parcel.. who knows.. it may lead to new deals in the country, but kore likely over the short and probably medium term at least this saga will remain unsolved, and so we rely on refinancing to survive and move forward, as still no funds have arrived for either services rendered or ore processing and deliveries.. further recapitalisation via dilution is likely in the coming weeks.. hence the agm and resolutions needing to be passed to do so.

This reads the same as last agm.. 'to authorise up to....' doesn't mean they will.. but Vast will definitely need another placing in January (ish) to see them.theoufh..

A placing shouldn't be needed before Xmas.. unless alpha pull the plug, which imo is doubtful.

.. still around $250k per month.. based on current break even 'production' figures touted in last rns of 130dmt per month.

Hanes will lower this further still, as would richer veins of ore, I still think Q1 2025 could be / should be the turning point if Vast can survive the winter slowdown.
