Some large(ish) 1 million sells today.. seems to be it for time being, back to 1p..?

The company is effectively asking shareholders for authority to issue more shares than currently exist.

If growth does not materialize quickly, existing shareholders could and probably will own a much smaller percentage of the company over time.

What would make me more optimistic?

I'd want to see evidence of:

Recurring revenue growth.

Actual paying customers, not just users.

Gross profit margins.

Cash burn reduction.

Audited accounts filed on time.

Clear evidence that products are being adopted in meaningful numbers.

The key question and most important thing to determine is whether the business has real, growing revenue.

For a company worth only about £2m If revenues are growing rapidly and customers are paying, the upside could be substantial!!!

If revenues remain small and the company relies on continual fundraising, dilution will overwhelm shareholder returns even if the business survives.

The next accounts and trading updates will probably tell investors much more than the financing announcement itself. The financing answers the question "Can the company survive the next year?" It does not yet answer "Can the company become a valuable business?"

The sharp share price decline to around 0.875p suggests the market is currently focusing more on the dilution risk than on the additional funding at the moment.. negative outlook..

What we need is revenue growth and user growth updates going forward to stabilise the share price

I'm actually a little more 'cautiously' positive or optimistic.. ever since the unfinished business with prim, the value of this company has been battered, and I actually prefer pr1 going ahead with the cln, rather than immediately diluting pr1 at what could be said is an undervalued business in its infancy.. I believe the ceo is only too aware that the company is valued at only around 3x the circ sales at halfspace alone, and with more 'possible' contract wins in the pipeline, we could be back to 3/4p..

As for 10p plus, this is now highly unlikely without a huge change in fortune.

What will this week hold..? Personally ill be satisfied if we keep the gains from last week, but a more slow and steady rise seems on the cards in near future.. 1.5 million shares kept for 10p.

I bet the guys who sold back at 1.6p are kicking themselves right about now..

Well, ill take it.. but it's a looong way from here..

Have to say.. looking a lot more positive now.. still feel the current share price is low, probably due to the prim anchor.. but am hopeful for 10p this year.

Quickwin, how are they or were they going to manage the situation any different? Prim selling was out of their control and against the prior agreement in place, PR1 will never be able to spend big money on lawyers fees chasing them and thus an out of court settlement would be best for all.. patience is key with this issue with 2026 being a return to normality here.. (10p plus)

1.5 million @2.5p average.. have kept picking up all the way down to 1.7p.

Seriously think this will go back to IPO price and above once Prim box ticked.. so near to what Rick says..
