He's using the plural as he wants to maximise the single deal - when you buy a car "there are a few interested in this by the way".

In a way - but the P140 is what all established resellers need on their books - it would be multiple billions for them.

The idea this could be licensed to many is not where I see it. Otherwise, it's a race to the bottom to compete on price in terms of them accessing the markets they usually farm into.

This will be a single deal bro - one partnership with those who have funds to do it (Illy).

90m Mcap current would suggest a 900m initial payment from Illy to secure the 20 year exclusivity, and all future peptide solutions IMM release.

Future milestones of the same amount for 20 years.

My personal take is we will hear a singular partnership for the P140 with whoever it is wanting exclusivity of future P140 (et al) enterprise.

IMM will go for that if the deal is great enough and so we are into milestone payments, for the whole 20 years.

I fully agree, but to have a 20 year exclusivity from a board and staff that are doctors and experts in this region? That's a bit different.

If I'm wrong and IMM sell cheap, then so be it.

Licensing from the P140 alone is in the 10's of billions over the 20 years so they will not settle for any buyout that is less than that.

No it won't (in my humble opinion) - unless the buyout is in the billions.

IMM R&D/patent already suggest a 20 year exclusivity deal (based on the P140 alone) whilst also looking at very bespoke peptide solutions for very individual requirements.

IMM, in my humble opinion, will enter a partnership rather than take over, that allows them to continue their success with other peptide solutions.

I fully agree GoldGirl. Apart from being alive in the morning, and making sure the pets are fed, the excitement of looking at IMM daily (in the morning, 5 minutes past the morning, 10 minutes past the morning and so on 😂) is my current port.

Realism kicks in to the degree that any decent trader sells some or all to gain the profits.
