“ Paragraph 2&3 in layman’s terms please? I’ve had 4 pints, Scotlands playing tonight and off to Adeje tomorrow.”
Good luck - on both the game and the hangover! 😂
In short, as you clever chaps and chapesses would be fully aware, the FTSE and other UK indexes are considered “cheap” by the US and international markets. Probably since (and before) the time Morrisons got bought out with US funds.
I’m merely suggesting that not every US company has a billions of dollars so the smaller investment entities will be looking closely at the 250, Small cap and AIM.
Whilst the likes of TUI disappear to their homeland index, and even Shell suggesting they might delist, the obvious question is “where do foreign entities invest?”.
The three companies I’ve mentioned all seem to be on the peak of something decent so maybe, just maybe, that’s where small/medium international investors see a bargain.
If that was TLDR (too long, didn’t read) then I’m taking about international buyouts, hostile or other.
And I’ll include KOD.l into that group. 👍👍👍
