Toyin, I would have to say you are an outlier investor. I've never come across an investor before who is pessimistic about prospects. Its counter intuitive. However I can see your point. If you go to a football match 75% of supporters cheer their team, 25% give huff and puff and give advice "you should have done X".... I guess you are that type of supporter. I never filter anyone as you never know when they might come up with some nugget.

Re: global launch: its a semantic conversation. Obviously its launched as soon as you can buy the product (soft launch) but it keeps hardening up by doing campaigns. clearly if the launch was COMPLETE they would not have done it all over again in the USA and Germany (and I think later in indonesia).... So you're both right, its semantics.

The big new market for Croda is clearly India (do a bit of research into that)... and I would expect they might do a cosmetic show there too..

Toyin, I dont see what the point of you writing your angst on a two bit message board is going to help you. What I do if I dont like something is sell and move on to my next investment. But if you stay in SBTX (like me, without moaning) , the one good thing about the constant fall in SBTX share price does - is each new fall as a percentage if my portfolio is getting smaller and smaller. I am up on the year (not boasting, just happy), and thus I can take any fall in SBTX with a pinch of salt. I do understand others must have gone in much bigger or have much smaller pots than me and thus a small amount is all they have... In which case I am sorry.. But if you want my opinion, I'd hang on - this will either get taken out for 25p to 30p or go up to £1 or so .... Either way is good for me.. I dont know anything for certain, but if SBTX do get double digit royalties on ZENAKINE and there is no catch this will go up once the product is in the shops.

(Perhaps it already is - I say this because if you do a search for other Croda ingredients in cosmetics you rarely seem them online. This implies Croda ingredient names generally are only on the BOTTLE but not in the ONLINE ADVERTs ...... We could already be rich and none of us know)

In my opinion this is a very optimistic view as it seems chatGPT has assumed this will be a big seller (I guess by the amount of hits it gets on google) but in fact many of those hits are from stocks and shares sites... Thus you might want to knock about 5 years off that timeframe for worse case option. But as you can see - either way, SBTX will get many years of cash rolling in from Zenakine...

Unless CRODA buys SBTX for about 25p to 30p (it looks like many investors are weak holders)....

Mol42 - I might be a bit thick here. Why is this important? Is it because you expect the results to be delayed while the new accountant gets settled in? Is that often the case? Or do you think it will not affect the date of the results its just a matter of interest and a sign that SBTX are like us just in wait mode to see how Zenakine is doing and not doing much else until this is sorted...

Bottmzup: That is why I said "it doesn't mean anything " - its just nice to see we're not the only ones who think SBTX might have a good June... If you think about it, we're now insiders on this little board. We KNOW AS FACT That Zenakine has been promoted in UK, Germany, Netherlands, Greece, South Korea, USA, Indonesia, France, and Malaysia. That is global coverage.... WE KNOW AS FACT that we will get double digit royalties on sales..... WE KNOW AS FACT that results are due in July. The rest of the market either does not know or does not believe the facts.

Toyin: I think (no offence) you dont understand. Yes, you give a forecast...... But it will obviously be wrong. Look at it logically.... Croda will sell X amount this year (eg it can forecast what it will sell this year as most of that already sold LOL) .... But the REAL forecasts are after the Cosmetic companies have launched their products. They will not order more until they know more...

Its not rocket science.... Well I guess you think it is rocket science, by some weird bit of poisson distribution and weird algebraic squiggles they can tell already if its going to be BIG or SMALL.... Even before a single advert made or shop has bought a single drop. I dont think they can..... Cosmetic companies and shops might know a bit more than Croda but its too early if there has not been a launch of a SINGLE TRAIL COSMETIC ANY WHERE...

Toyin: Neither CRODA or SBTX can give a forecast until the buying public start using the product and rate it good or not..... Forecasts (that have any meaning at all) for consumer products can only be relevant once consumers have seen and bought the products.... You're asking for magic wishes......

What you are basically asking for is: I have some slime that can be used in cosmetics. This slime has never been used before. Its a new category of product. How many women do you forecast will use the product? Answer will be: I haven't a clue. Just wait and see what Cosmetic companies actually do with the product. Even croda probably doesn't really know as yet.

One of the three on the list appears to be moving. RUA also is getting buyers. Its possible this might work..... But really nothing has worked until we have some "results" coming through. Even now, it could be any of the three that might blow - or none of them.... Just because some investors are a tad more optimistic than others doesn't mean anything.

Jansy: your version of typical AIM "skin in the game" sounds a bit silly. If they grant themselves shares at silly money then its all meaningless. Its not "skin in the game" its just flim flam... If they buy shares on the open market at full price that is "skin in the game" - cheap options are meaningless. With Dustbin and my FTSE TRIAD PLC the chairman generally speaking bought the shares on the open market at full price. I'd rather our CEO paid himself a wage (as is) not dilute the market by issuing cheap shares to himself (as happens on other AIM stocks).

All we should care about is JULY RESULTS. How much do we get from Zenakine...... It should be something....... But how much.....

Jansy: its essential in FTSE shares but not with AIM shares. With AIM the board can easily grant themselves shares after any rise. What is essential is that Zenakine sells about £10M (at least - eventually) and we get £1.2M a year from it. Provided we get that sort of ballpark we'll be off to the races.

The market is huge"

Chance of SBTX being the "big one" is about 20% - that is pretty good odds..... Well worth a punt.... You do 5 of those over a year or two you will hit the BIG ONE...... You dont have to win a specific one, you just need the good odds. 20% chance is pretty good. No one gifts the big one to you - you have to take the rough with the smooth. Yes, I would have thought we'd be way out in front of the share price race by now. We are still in the pack and all still to play for. Its still a 20% chance even now. I guess, by the way you write, that you dont have very limited funds, you just punt on AIM stocks for a bit of a laugh?
