Thanks Toyin. So I was thinking if there is an agreed take-over SBTX will have to give out financial date to shareholders at the earliest point which might be late June (I guess)....

Bazza, If you're the big seller (no idea if you are) and doing it to buy in cheaper later on, it only works if lots of little sellers follow you. Generally speaking the little trades seem to be buys..... So one assumes if the "big" seller tries to buy back later he will only be able to get half as many shares. This happened to me at TRIAD PLC. I sold a few times and each time when I bought back I could only buy smaller amounts. Had I just sat and hold I would have made miles more cash. I've learnt not to trade, its not worth it. If you're like me rather than trade (assuming your cash is in an ISA) just do what I did bung it into the big yielder FTSE100 stocks. They have been climbing AND they generally speaking give you an 8% dividend yield. That is: LGEN, MNG, ABDN, and PHNX (all ones I'm in)..... You're not cut out for this type of stuff (from evidence so far). With my WILD AIM PUNTS like RUA and SBTX I will not trade I'm in for the wild ride - even if it lasts years.... Cheers Net.

Cp2891: Your news ties in with what chatGPT said.. OCTOBER sounds about right. Just in time for the all important 2025 Christmas market.... However, lets face it for cosmetic companies to be tooled up to sell in October, they must have been buying and placing orders for quite some time - going back to late 2024 (chatGPT saying it takes at least a year)....... So in MONEY TERMS Croda and SBTX must know if it has 25% chance of "blockbuster" potential by now (eg £1 a share for SBTX) and 70% chance of doing reasonably well (eg our 25p-30p range)... It is Croda's ONLY product (I can see) in the all important booming skin microbiome market.

If we think the perceived silence might be due to an agreed take-over bid by Croda for SBTX what price do you think the take out will be and when do you think we will hear of the talks?

Obviously if Zenakine is quite successful and SBTX not too expensive Croda would want to buy the company if only to stop a competitor buying it... I was thinking as SBTX often gets to 25p on its own steam then a normal AIM takeover markup would take us to 30p to 50p range for agreed take-over. It has to be a premium to our normal 25p range.

The world thinks this is the cosmetic market to be in. If UK investors are sccchhiiittteee scared to invest for the big one that is a different matter. But global data is definitely saying skin-microbiome cosmetics are the area to put your money it.... We are half way through the year and so far CRODA have only trademarked ONE cosmetic ingredient that year - ZENAKINE. 4 in 2024, 8 in 2023, There was one in 2022: REVITALIDE which is Croda's Retinol alternative (mimics Retinol). One assumes REVITALIDE is big for CRODA in the same way ZENAKINE is big accept ZENAKINE opens a whole new market - sleep - on top of anti-wrinkle. 2021 back to 3 ingredients, 2020 also three. 2019 also just three, including MATRIXYL 3000.... So ZENAKINE - so far stands out (in same way as REVITALIDE)..... Do we know how big REVITALIDE is ? One assumes it being the retinol alternative for EU it must be pretty big.... But is is CLINICALLY proven to work ?

Going right back to 2018 and this share keeps getting to about 25p then gets knocked back.... For SBTX to get us through the 25p barrier we need one of the pillars to get into a chain of "famous" shops or CRODA lets SBTX know that Zenakine is doing well (eg looks like it might eventually get into £10M to £50M sales range)....

We need ONE of the TWO to happen...

The market thinks neither is not going to happen in JUNE as the share price is falling but I think it still might surprise the market....But if I have to wait to JULY or AUG its not the end of the world.

One thing we know for certain SBTX keeps on getting into the 20s over and over and over and over again and the odds on it getting back into the 20s again have to be pretty much slam dunk... 😀 The hard part is not getting into the 20s its getting into the 30s 40s 50s 60s 70s and £1....
