I'm assuming we will have some news after the three shows finish (the two in new york and the one in Germany)... At the very least they can do another Amsterdam and say how Zenakine was received by the audience in the three shows - that surely is not part of the NDA).

So my view is 9th June....

If there is no news by 10th June then that will seem a tad unfair (boo hoo)... If no news by 14th june then I think we can assume I will be at a loss for words... 😀😀😀

What some newbies (and oldies) might miss from this blog is the algebra or set theory or whatever. They all can intersect with Zenakine but they probably cant intersect with each other Its less likely that the other 8 ingredients will be mixed together as CRODA are sort of saying they have similar functionality. Thus, one assumes Zenakine will appear in far far far more formulations than Matrixyl or any of the other 8 ingredients. So, providing the new functionality of Zenakine is popular (at least as popular as Matrixyl) its quite possible SBTX will get 12% of a blockbuster.

You cannot over post about this uniqueness quality of Zenakine as at present the market does not get it at all.... I'm not sure even do some posters on LSE and ADVFN... This is a potential blockbuster. I'm not saying IT IS a blockbuster but it certainly could be.... CRODA are not discounting that possibility.

If you go to this Croda BLOG it discusses (in great detail) skin aging.... Then it goes on to some Croda ingredients that fight this aging. You will note it puts ZENAKINE in its own unique box, all the others are in boxes that are shared by other ingredients. Zenakine has some uniqueness ... Shychap, I've been chased off Elricos ADVFN thread, sheedy has destroy the other ADVFN threads (probably he is active here too) and now people appear to be chasing me off here. Just filter me if you dont want to hear what I have to say. I have invested heavily in this stock and I always talk A LOT my own shares (Am a son and brother to financial journalists so we as a family all talk a lot) .

Too many of you are sitting on huge losses on this share and OPTI and thus are lashing out at naive optimists like myself. I will stay naive and an optimist investor in SBTX and continue to be very verbal

I am not afraid to say it out loud: "I BELIEVE IN ZENAKINE"

The article lists the 25 top skin ingredients. One of which is Zenakine. It states the Market is £21B per year and should grow 10% per year .. That is roughly £1B per ingredient.... But lets assume that is RETAIL . So wholesale will be £100M ..... Which equates £10M per year for SBTX growing at 10% per year ... So that should support a 40p-50p per share price. Say the other pillars are worth 5p to 10p (at present until we get further news) ... That should give SBTX a share price of about 45p to 60p a share..... "IF" Zenakine is NOT a blockbuster but just one of the 25..... If it is a blockbuster than we could double that at least to 90p to £1.20 a share.... Top end blockbuster would double that again to £1.80 to £2.40 a share (but extremely unlikely).

If I use chatGPTs figures for market of Matrixyl then its even better, ZENAKINE will not just make £100M it will make £200M as its mark up is 80% not 90%. That will DOUBLE all the figures I have shown.

In many ways SBTX is on a trajectory to be another HUT Group...... If you click its individual brands most of the them are skin related or health. Its nearly all online. Its market cap is about £600M...... ZENAKINE should boost SBTX a lot.... Will we go the on-line route like "The Hut Group" or be in shops like "Warpaint" (eg they are in super drug).

One is valued at £600M and the other is £400M.... "basic" Zenakine should at least get us to £100M... After that it depends if zenakine will be a blockbuster or just good and will SBTX be able to grow their other pillars on the back on Zenakine success. We have to hope we dont get taken out early too - that is always an option... A low ball offer of 60p to 80p a share could make many sell...

This list includes companies that include significant cosmetic sales as a percentage of their turnover... I believe if ZENAKINE is a success other pillars will slot into place and SBTXs market cap will overtake Warpaint. I'm not kidding, nearly a ten bagger from here.... I fit works out.

So why will SBTX catch up to Warpaint? Basically the global sales of Zenakine stand a realistic chance of being huge. 12% of that could bring SBTX close to Warpaints annual profit - and then we have SBTXs other pillars beginning to catch fire on the back of the fame of Zenakine.

This week alone - two in New York and one in Munich. If anyone is at any of these shows do let us know how Croda are doing..... I'm hoping this is the year Croda turn the corner and head for growth once again - but they will need at least ONE blockbuster ingredient hopefully two or more.

But if Boots No 7 gets £1B then its possible CRODA could make £100M (eg 1/10th ) for similar amount. Which is a BLOCKBUSTER by my adding-up for SBTX

Dustbin101: it depends if Zenakine is as good as Boots No 7. or better. AI suggests its reasonable to estimate that the No7 brand accounts for a substantial portion of the No7 Beauty Company's nearly $1 billion in annual sales, likely several hundred million dollars.

But "if" Zenakine as good Boots No 7 , the phrase: "several hundred million dollars" makes your estimate for ZENAKINE seem fair and reasonable.

Dustbin101: Linking ZENAKINE vision to SBTX share price I get something like this....

Estimated future Zenakine annual sales in the £20M range - SBTX share price will probably fall (if no other pillar doing much).

£30M to £40M share price stable (perhaps a small rise, if higher end, to 25p).

£40M to £50M share price price to about 35p (not a bad little earner)

£50M to £70M share price goes through the roof (THIS ZENAKINE sales range is what I'm hoping for)

£70M- £100M + We would have gone into blockbuster territory .

£100M-£300M + high end of blockbuster - SBTX share price would go insane.

£1B - we would be in orbit.... Nothing ever seen like this on planet earth.

Dustbin101: The problem with your figures: that £1B equates to the entire turnover of Croda (more or less). They are not really big enough by themselves to currently make that sort of quantity of Zenakine.

What about is it likely.....

CRODAs consumer care turnover is only £1 billion..... I cant see Zenakine accounting for 10% of Croda's turnover... Having said that back in 2022 its turnover was significantly higher. So "if" CRODA is going to recover as a company it will need ingredients like Zenakine to do really really really well.... So it is plausible that CRODA are betting the farm on products like ZEnakine...

So it is likely (60%-70% certainty) that CRODA will eventually sell £100M of Zenakine per anum otherwise Croda will fade away.

You might not realise Health and Vitamin supplement shops such as Holland & Barrett (turnover £0.5 Billion) also in Guildford, also sell face creams and are DEFINITELY in the Zenakine market (and other SBTX products).....

The big Guildford Cosmetic shop is of course BOOTS. Its total turnover last year was up from £7.8 Billion to £8.3 Billion. They say a good percentage of the rise is due to SKIN CARE (Boots No. 7) - This is the same market as Zenakine... So there is big money on BOOTS ALONE ..... MILLIONS just in Boots.

Carrying on with the Cosmetic shops of Guildford. LUSH and BODY SHOP. Their combined turnover (nationally) is about £1 Billion. In a sense they are the competitors of ZENAKINE in that they tend to be HAND MADE and ORGANIC.... We are Big Pharma made and although green not actually Organic... But what is interesting (and potentially good for us) , although the cosmetics market is expanding fast both LUSH And BODY SHOP have declining sales... People want to spend their money on science based green products like ZENAKINE....
