The SBTX RNS yesterday was mentioned in French finance news yesterday. Zenakine was a mentioned in a Thailand cosmetic show.

PS - I might be dense but why is the share price falling below the offer price of 17p? That seems a bit silly. Am I missing something?

So the million dollar question we're all thinking (I guess)..... Will SBTX release an RNS (as they said) saying how Zenakine is doing BEFORE THE 17p offer ends? If they do they get the reward of an extra £600K (as we all pile in)......

If they dont - I guess they will have their reasons.

Dont be afraid -Clio. Its their loss - not ours . It would be relatively easy for them to get that extra £600K. It really is no skin off our noses. If they want it they have to release a ZENAKINE RNS.... If they dont its unlikely to rise above 17p before offer closes. Its not rocket science.

I know it sounds a bit silly, but all SBTX need do to get an extra £600K is issue a "Zenakine is great" RNS before closing date of offer. Price should rise above 17p and we will all take up the offer of cheap shares...

I wonder if SBTX will do that.

With the US National Psoriasis Foundation link I go to a sales page that has everything in POUNDS.... If I lived in the USA would that be the same or is there a US page for residents of USA? Thanks (I suspect paying in pounds will tend to put some Americans off buying for various reasons).

Certainly very good news. However no news on Zenakine (As yet) so this a separate gig... Do we know what estimated sales in USA will be? It does some excellent.

Thanks again elrico, but from experience with oil wells and wonder drugs, there is no cigar until the fat lady sings. Its always best to look for any negativity as statistically a thumbs down is more likely. Having said that, even a moderate success for Croda will be a great success for SBTX so the odds are strongly on our side.

Toyin, very true, I had NOT forgotten that. That is one of the reasons gambling on the fall continuing and buying back later is a high risk business...Hence the threads entitled "You're in or you're out"..... I agree with the title "You're in or you're out" because that is highly likely to be how it is.

Those gambling on the sell off might have made a reasonable bet based on statistics - namely "statistically" there will be no news from Croda or SBTX until the end of JULY. If that is statistically quite high, then you would have expected a fall in price for most of MAY and JUNE and to pick up again in the last week of JUNE as excitement begins to mount for results (or news) in JULY.

Having said that I've not sold or bought any - just holding - because stakes a bit too high for that gambling malarky.. Just holding is gamble enough for me. 😀

But anyway, in my view the share price is behaving as you would expect a month and half away from an RNS. Against that it could be considered foolish if a take-over or some other corporate event occurs before the end of June (eg perhaps one of the other pillars)..

Elrico: perhaps you and others are right. But I'm not 100% convinced so I still want the next RNS to say "Zenakine doing better than expected".

Thanks Elrico and others but the 600-litre and 20K-litre vessels doesn't really help that much - it depends on what percentage of these vessels have been promised for other products already in the market We dont know what spare capacity there is for a totally new ingredient (an active lysate) and how many vessels dont pass quality control. There are too many variables....

So basically that is why top of my wish list would be an RNS saying Zenakine is doing better than expected.

(This RNS might be the RESULTS or it might be before RESULTS).

I'm wishing for:

1. A comment saying early Zenakine sales are doing "better than expected" .....

I have no strong interest in their other products (rightly or wrongly) - I'm in it for ZENAKINE...

My gut feeling is that it is doing better than CRODA expect and that they have run out of ingredient to sell. I say this because they seem to be very slightly back peddling a bit on the marketing of Zenakine and now pushing a hair product more. This implies to me that either Zenakine is craaaaaap (very unlikely) or its been doing so well they have run out (more likely). So f "better than expected" being mentioned somewhere is quite a possibility.
