Coeur Gold Armenia (don't exist now) never held the assets. They had an 80% controlling interest. The asset owners are/were VAYK GOLD, and VARDAN ZARTONG, although from what i gather, they only had exploration rights.

It is my belief that they are one and the same. Coeur Gold Armenia is dissolved, and Coeur Gold Holdings is now the name.

I just pointed out that none of us know anything yet.
The last line quite clearly stated that i still hold every share, and continue to do so, awaiting a good outcome. Unlike some that sell on the slightest drop.

Yes, and there is the thing.
We can all research, and guess as much as we like what we think the target is likely to be,( i have ) and who is doing what, and when, and why, but the reality is, there are only 4 people, maybe a couple more, that ACTUALLY DO know. We will all have to wait and see.
Still got every single share though, and will just have to wait for a good outcome.

Why would such an astute business man not even get his accounts in on time? (Coeur Gold Holding - still overdue!)
Why can't he get his confimation statement in on time? (Scotia Exploration - still overdue!), and have an active notice to strike off?
Why do all his active companies seem to be "micro accounts"?
Why so many disolved companies behind him?
Why does Zahera Mohson, director only last 5 weeks in the job? She appears as director in many of his companies, but not for long.
As for his assosciation with certain other persons.... well as Oilswell says, read a bit further.

Government should not have bailed them out.
They are in the **** far too deep, (bod should all be in prison for their "management" of this co. Look at RNS stating they have enough funds to see them through winter 2019, then just a matter of weeks later, they require Fosun to bail them out to the tune of £750m, then only last week, another 250m required.) If the Gov had bailed them out this time with £200m, i would put my life savings on them coming back in a month for another handout.

Now you say that the "NED" confirmed what was in the RNS. I can't see any RNS that says that papers are ready to sign.

According to the accounts submitted to companies house dated 02/07/19, Peterhouse are listed as the broker. Which would lead me to believe, they are still the broker.

Another company with no assets (other than intangibles), late in submitting confirmation statement to companies house. involved in electricity generation / distribution, yet apparently no revenue, no cost of sales. Where is the balance sheet or profit/loss account?
