re the £10 quip, do you know how much the BOD are taking in remuneration?

On the admission fee there is a minimum charge so it will be between £8k & £12.5k

As an example.
If our mcap was £112m, then the admission fees would be approx £151k
Annual fees would be approx £113k for the first 50m, and £38k for the next 62m
So for an mcap of 112m, we would be looking at around £151k

It depends on a number of things
Lets assume we list on London Stock Exchange on a standard listing (premium would be far too expensive)
The market cap on admission has a set of sliding scales which increase per 1m value
Then there are annual fees - again dependent upon mcap
But there are savings too. For example, if we list on the standard listing, then we no longer require the services of a Nomad.

No, the Fund manager is obliged to transfer them out of your ISA.
They can then be held in a share account, or if you really want they can issue paper certificates.
You do NOT lose them

Your investment has not gone. You still own thesame number of shares in the company, as per the announcement.
They would only be removed from your broker if they were in an ISA, as they have to do this within 30 days of notice of delist as it is no longer a recognised share on a listed market.
Depending on the deal, the number of shares you will then own in the new company will then be advised. This is dependent n how many existing shares of both the companies have amongst other things.
Important thing is.... you still have your shares.

They didn't say we have a target in mind. They said,"we are working to COMPLETE THE AQUISITION"
Also note the statement "on a recognised stock exchange"

Please do not think i am in any way like him. I sincerely hope not.
I have tried not to be cryptic, i have said openly where i don't think we are going, and where i do think we are going, and why i think so. I have said before, i do not profess to "know" any more than anyone else.
I just have a habit of digging and digging into things that interest me, and probably think too much on different tangents. Sometimes this lateral thinking does throw up some things that i would have normally dismissed, but when i start thinking about it, things come together.

That would probably be a correct assumption.
No one picked up yet that the BOD are all Non Executive Directors. There are no Executive Directors appointed yet.
I would expect this position to change in the event of an RTO being announced.
re your comment on "small firms" - this is another reason i believe we will relist on the main market. It exposes us to a bigger "audience" if you pardon the expression. Also gives the impression of enhanced status.
Time for me to retire now.

I didn't say that they would be any use to BOU. It was meant as a pointer towards where i think our sector lies.
Do you think it a coincidence that one of our BOD is being proposed as an NED in a co. in the pharma sector? and who's speciality is in IPO's, and just happens to be corporate broking director in PCF?
Do you think it a coincidence that another of our BOD is a specialist in the Pharma sector? ( i can find about 17 companies he has held directorships in this area) or that it was specifically stated in June 26th 2019 RNS "the group is seeking new investment opportunities in a number of business areas, INCLUDING THE HEALTH SECTOR"?

No. If i was to mention a company, (or companies) and i happened to be correct, i think that would raise some serious questions, so no, i just think it will be in the pharma sector

I am not trying to be a smart ar$e or pretending i am in the know.
I just see so many people on here that are so despondent, and thought i would share things i had found, that may give us all some hope. I do not think that all is lost, and we will know something VERY soon.

However, now that i have said why i don't think it is Coeur, then there is only one other logical sector ( in my mind anyway) .
Is anyone aware that Martin Lampshire (our NED) has just been nominated by Peterhouse (our btoker) to be elected as an NED on a Pharma company?

You are quite right. I am not part of the BOD. Just a shareholder that digs, and digs. to find information.
You think it will be Coeur?
I do not. Here are some of the reasons why i don't believe/want it to be....
As i have posted previously, i am not happy with the small group of names that keep appearing in certain companies. Not usually a concern until you look into the companies they have been/are involved in.
As an example, nobody can say for definite, where the "assets" of Coeur Gold Armenia are. (now Coeur Gold Holdings?)
Now, Coeur Gold Holdings post in their latest accounts that their shareholder funds have grown to £219million. Look further into this and this is made up of a 50% holding by Geoenergy. Errr, the same directors. So they have "invested" in their own company, thjat then invests in their other own company? A holding of £109million from a compny that only had capital of £100.00 12 months earlier?
THeir accounts state that they have not traded in the year, so have no liabilities opr income. THey then go on to thank all their staff, and their legal advisor in Armenia, and their mining and geology advisor. Presumably then, all these people worked for free?, and the trips to Armenia, flights etc were all free?
I don't like the amount of companies that these same people set up, no accounts, multiple name changes and then disappear.
I mean, Scotia Airways, an airline company with assets of £100.00? That's one cheap aircraft.
I also don't like the assoscistion with one person ALLEGEDLY part of a 147 case fraud investigation.
I did uncover a lot of information on the illegal mining in Armenia, court cases etc. So for me, that little lot is a definate red flag. L
