Thank you. i appreciate that. It's nice to get positive comments when someone goes out of their way to try and help, rather than get silly comments with no substance to back them up from those that do nothing. If i do come up with any more information then i will share it, as i don't think a few rotten apples should spoil the barrel.

CC, Yes, i was very aware of the person you are talking about! Seriously miscalculated that one i think. As you say Alessandro seems to be a really good CEO, and tries to keep us informed as much as is possible. Even to the extent of telling us that there are 2/3 pieces of news to come before end of August, with news of UK beginning of Sept. More CEO'S should take note.
I take you point re resources to add, and in fact, i think i rather upset someone this week, when i pointed out that i could have used the money tied up in BOU to invest in other stocks that were returning profit to shareholders.

I,m only here to give a bit of reassurance where i can. If you don't want it, fine. It's really no skin off my nose.
I think that the post that rnoth just posted re-affirms what i have been saying regarding BOU, but in future i don't think i'll bother.

In my opinion SYME has not "left the station" Made a massive profit on them already. This is just the start. Most people just don't understand what they are about which is why the share price plummeted following relisting.

These things do take time. One of our directors (John Treacy) deals in corporate finance. He was the one that was involved in the RTO of ABAL - now SYME, which delisted, and now on FTSE main market. Just looking at just the relisting prospectus which is some 138 pages long, you get some idea of the complexities involved, which should go someway to explain why it took so long to complete.
The target has been identified, and work is progressing. Paperwork to complete, signatures to sign.
Nothing we can do now, but just try to relax a bit and let it take it's course.

As i said Friday, just a little more patience, and we should have news.

Not sure if i am being seen as one of the people you are referring to Ukheaven, but at least i am still here.
I am as frustrated with this as all of us are, even more so at the lack of communication from the BOD.
I posted previously (05/06/20) that as far as i am aware, things are progressing, albeit being held up for various reasons. Some of those issues have, i think been resolved, but there are some yet to be signed off.
Yes, i know covid can be seen as a "convenient" excuse, but it has had an impact, and this is where i believe at least SOME of the delays have arisen on certain aspects of the process.
I remain of the opinion that this is being progressed to conclusion, and that in the not too distant future, all will be revealed. (in a positive way) By "not too distant future" i am not saying days, nor months, i am expecting in weeks, - probably before September is out.
Before anybody questions my motives/knowledge/sources etc, - as i have previously been accused of having inside knowledge, I DO NOT. My only motive in sharing what i know or suspect, is so all of us get what we rightly deserve having supported this BOD through the whole episode.
I am looking forward to a successful outcome, as i know we all here are, and hopefully sooner, rather than later.

Mark, Possibly, yes. The problem is, no one is sure of what happened with the Iclaprim and the security. Did it get paid off somehow? Are the warrants in lieu of payment of no sale and releasing the security? Nobody can give a definitive answer. If that was known for sure, this would be a whole different ball game.

For what it's worth, i hope things do turn out well. One of my shares (Bould) has been going through RTO for 17 months (and delisted at the minute) so i know what it's like.

Mark, At the risk of being shot to bits here, can i offer my thoughts.
It is not possible to use 30p in your calculations, as you have made a predetermined value based on nothing more than a pure number. You may as well say £1. It is impossible to come up with this value since you don't know the company MTFB will (may) RTO into. Therefore, we don't know the number of shares in issue/MCAP.
But further, i think you are missing a couple of important things.
1. When Evolva completed their RTO, there were only approx 140m shares in the new enlarged company. Even before an RTO, MTFB has 655m - 4 times the amount. Even using your sums, your 30p is now only 7.5, and that does not account for the number of shares that the new company will have, which dilutes this amount further.
2. Prior to completion, Evolva completed a funding round that generated 44m CHF (Approx £37m at todays rate) MTFB is
only bringing approx £500k to the table as a cash shell.

Now, that did make me laugh.

There are many advantages to being listed other than on Aim. Just one being no requirement for Nomad if we relisted on FTSE main market. Another is that being in a main market rather than AIM, is perception. Rightly or wrongly, being on the right market gives an impression. This is important when you are looking for big investors, and gives access to more options.
In my interpretation, they have already told us that we will list elesewhere by stating "on a recognised stock exchange". Why make specific mention, if we were just going to relist on AIM?
Chrissz, no i don't have any access to the BOD, and just to be absolutely clear: the comment i made about hoping to see a possible update on the 28th with the accounts, was an error in the date. If anything (accounts or otherwise) does appear on the 28th rather than the 30th, it was pure coincidence!

They didn't delist by accident. When we re-list it will be "on a recognised exchange". The board do not want to re-list on AIM
