I think that is a very distinct possibility. Given our timescales it makes sense to me. In reality, that is exactly the route Abal took, being in a similar situation to us.

They could, that's why i gave the example of Wednesday as being, i believe, the absolute latest they can make the notification.
To be honest, i think even an announcement on Monday would be pushing it unless they have everything done now and ready.

I.m no expert but it all depends. If we stay on AIM then i believe it.s a case of getting shareholder approval for the target, completing the acquisition, a re admission document being submitted, along with various schedules. Not sure on the timescales but we would then list. But what if it wasn't AIM?
A standard listing on the main exchange only requires a market cap of £700k as opposed to £6million on aim. And there are other advantages too

There is no breach of trust here, as it is a case of simple maths, so anyone could have found out.
If i am correct, then we WILL de-list.
This is because under Chapter 3 section 307a there is what is termed " deemed period of notice"
The latest the board can announce a meeting is 14 CLEAR days from notice. (21 days is for an AGM) The period of deemed notice means requires 48 hours from the time members are informed of the date of the meeting must pass before it is deemed that the notice has been given. In practical terms it means the following:
If the board announce the date of the meeting on Wednesday the 18th March, the period of deemed notice is therefore Friday the 20th. (Note weekends cannot be counted in the period of notice) The first CLEAR day is Saturday the 21st. (Note weekends ARE included in the 14 day period) 14 days makes the last day Friday the 3rd April. This means that the very earliest that a meeting can be called is Saturday the 4th April. I am not sure if meetings are allowed on the weekend, but let's assume they are. This means that the bod only have Sunday and Monday to receive approval for the RTO from shareholders, submit a re-admission document, announce the RTO, and complete, all by Monday./Tuesday latest.
I think from the above you will agree that this would be extremely unlikely.
BUT, i personally do not think that de-listing is as bad as some may think. It gives us more time to do what needs to be done, and the last weeks events in the markets are not the ideal time to list a new company.

Firstly, Applegarth. Your post has been removed by LSE as it was deemed libellous. i will say no more about this, and hope that is the end of the matter.
Secondly, there are some people that seem to take exception when someone posts something they don't like. Fair enough, if you don't like it, just ignore it. Similarly, it seems that there are some that resent it when someone does their homework, is able to dig further into things, and can join up the dots, or maybe they just didn't like the fact that they didn't come up with it first. Either way, I,m not here to score points, i genuinely tried to offer my thoughts/findings as there is so much frustration/anxiety here.
Anyway, that aside.... i did speak to Tim today. A very nice gentleman, and i thank him for taking the time to speak to me.
As you know, he is restricted by the rules as to what he can say, but he did answer my queries to the extent that he is allowed, I posted previously that i had 2 different scenarios in my mind, and depending on what answers i was given, would determine if i was right in my thinking. I,ll admit i was wrong with one of my theories, but having been wrong on that, i am now 99% certain on the other scenario, However, i will not say anything that could be interpreted in any way to compromise Tim's position.
i know some will think this is just teasing, and i am sorry if you do, but in all honesty it is not. I could just as easily turn around and say sod you lot, i,m okay, so what do i care what you think, and let the worry continue.
All i will say is that i am sure i know what will happen, and that I AM NOT WORRIED.

Schoolyard stuff? Tease? Didn't appreciate the comment, but i will say this....
In my business, i sometimes get to see things i,m not supposed to. Sometimes, i even get sent stuff just because whoever sent it thinks i should see it. They do this because of the level of trust. That same level of trust, i will extend to Tim (or anyone else).
If i am asked not to divulge anything, then i won't. Sorry, but integrity is more important to me than keeping you or anyone else happy.
In answer to your question - today i was in negotiations regarding finance to take over another business. When this was concluded, during a private conversation, we were discussing the state of the markets following the last week's events, and my portfolio. During this conversation, i posed a query i had regarding my understanding of RTO's, and this led to a question that was about BOU directly. She confirmed that i was correct in what i was asking.
Now, because this IS specifically about BOU, and the fact that Tim replied to me, i thought that rather than post my findings, that i would make sure that i was not going to betray any trust, or say anything that maybe wasn't in the best interest, i would wait until after i had spoken with him before i made any further comment.
Hope this explains why my post may have seemed cryptic.

ipcutler66, they were appointed back in september / october, as Tim responded to my questions then. Recent questions have met with almost identical response to yours. I have however sent a further communication today. The response will tell me where i think we are going one way or another. Will keep you posted!

Just a little correction to your last post. At no point did I say that we had been scammed. The post refers to the activities of a certain Mr Dougan and his other "businesses"

MaroOiler, everyone has their opinions as to who the RTO target will be. Coeur is just my opinion based on previous attempts by the same people, Antos,s involvement here and Coeur, and his stated intention to list this year, so I am guessing just like the rest of us. Re the healthcare scenario, it was a big talking point when Symms was brought on board, fuelled by his involvement in the healthcare sector.

MarkoOiler. I am firmly of the opinion that Antos is the key, and it will be Cowur Gold. If you look back at my previous posts there is one that highlights some issues regarding the mines and licences. There were also some posts that were removed because I named names and who was involved with what and some didn't, like it. I am aware of one particular issue that is currently in the Georgian Courts which it is hoped they will give a ruling soon.

Tax haven? Try elaborate scam. Said before, same people involved in too many companies with no accounts, dormant companies, big impressive websites but no revenue and as if by magic, massive "assets". And before I get slated, surprisingly, i do think there is still a chance of an RTO if they get their issues sorted out.

Thank f*** for that. I,m exactly the same position. When it went from a big gain to 100k in the red, i must admit i was slightly nervous. I,m sure we've done the right thing, and it will be well worth it.

If Bould (then PSL still) had gone down the Administration route, it would have cost them far more. By selling to Antos for £1 they saved themselves a nice sum. Question is what was in it for Antos? I said some time back that i am of the opinion a "deal" was done between the two parties.

Bermondsey, no need to apologise. We all have our opinions. I am aware that some of my posts may be construed as negativity to some, but i am just giving what i believe to be a balanced view. Sure some would not agree though. However, if i am seen as being negative, i will balance that with the following: Based on my previous posts on what i had found out, i do in fact think there is a chance this will all come out alright. If my assumptions are correct, then i think that there have been some issues that needed to be put to rest, with one particular issue taking a bit longer due to ongoing case which hopefully should be finalised soon. If i am right, we are all winners.
