That's why i don't tend to post much. I previously posted naming names, and associations and their activities, but some didn't like it and had my post removed.
I am not deramping/ramping or anything other, just stating facts as i see them.
I have far more to lose than some on here if it does go bad so don't think that i am just bad mouthing the BOD.

You are correct, tax losses cannot be "bought like that" or used by an individual. However, these (in my opinion only) will be used by Antos's company, but you will not see them used until that company posts a profit. Any half decent CFO can make use of tax losses legally.

Antos can't lose even if BOU goes tits up. He bought Photonstar technology for a quid. Why? Because he inherited a deferred tax asset arising from a taxable loss of some £8.2million. Even if he "loses" his £340k, he still bought an asset giving him £7.86 million!

A-milli.....you may recall my message to you 23/06/19 regarding what you had found, and what i had found. I also did not post my findings, as at the time, we were not suspended and i did not want to cause any issues.

rmr1969..... i don't agree that the BOD can't tell us something. If they have a target in mind, that's all they have to say. At least it stops the shareholders getting frustrated. As far as i am concerned that have failed to act in acordance with principle 3 of their own corporate governance. We have gone into suspension, and not heard a word from them apart from on the morning we did go into suspension. Their idea of keeping shareholders informed is my way of an AGM!

It also appears that the local residents at Vayk are not happy about the mine, its's safety issues, and alleged illegal mining activities. They blockaded a meeting at the VAYK Municipality and prevented representatives of Vayk Gold LLP from entering the building.

chriszzr, look back at my previous posts re this. Couer Gold do not own the mines. They only have an 80% interest in the mining licences, which have varying time periods.

re the question papertub raised about full RTO....... rule 15 states "any failure therefore in COMPLETING an aquisition or aquisitions that constitute a reverse takeover under AIM rule 14 including seeking re-admission as an investing company, will result in the cancellation of the Company's Ordinary Shares from trading on AIM "

The questions i asked were deliberately specific as i had 2 different scenarios in mind. Because they were so specific, any answer would have confirmed exactly which way this would have played out.
To be respectful to him, I am not going to quote Tim's answer directly, save to say that he is restricted as to what he can say due to the rules. However, he does confirm that the bod are making every effort to deliver a COMPLETED RTO before the deadline,(note, not mentioned relisting as an investment company) and that when they are able to make an announcement, they will do so via RNS which they hope to be in a position to do so in due course. Given that i had 2 scenarios in my mind, i am feeling much happier than i was!!!

I was about to ask the same question re contact.
If you look back at my previous posts, i asked Tim Metcalfe a number of questions which he answered.
I then asked some more detailed questions to which i have yet to receive a reply.
Last week, i asked for those questions to be answered, and also posed a few more. As of yet, i am still awaiting a response on either of my queries.

Been watching Companies house for a while to see if Antos and his pals manage to get the proposal to strike off the company (Coeur Gold Holdings) lifted. They have 4 days left.

Funny..... appears to be the same "assets" held by Coeur Gold Armenia" that i noted previously.

Let's just assume i have a company that has filed accounts showing a loss of £10 million.
Then let's assume i had a way of getting that company (directly or indirectly) listed with another company that will have a tax liability arising from current/future profit.
Would you still consider that that company had zero value, or would you consider that it now has an immediate asset of £10 million?

Counting cards - these accounts were not audited.
Madchatter - i haven't solved it, i merely said i think i have worked it out.
Wideglide - it's not what Photonstar Technology did,/made, it's what it will be used for.
Chriszzr - Exactly. Of all Antos's companies, why would he make sure that this one's accounts were filed in good time.? His "bigger " companies have not, and by some margin i might add.

I raised the scenario of Photonstar and the intended rto back in June /July i think it was, and the question of why Antos is not on the board of BOU., i ask myself why would Antos put such a large sum into BOU when he is not a member of the BOD? What's in it for him? As he is not on the board, he is just a major shareholder. He has no influence over the direction of the company or any intended rto.
Why would he then take up the warrants? Why would he give an irrevocable undertaking not to sell?
Why would he buy Photonstar Technology for the nominal £1? There is a reason.
Where is his money tied up? (not BOU - that stake is minimal . (i know it is substantial in some terms, but in the big scheme it isn't)
The man is nearly 71 years old. Who does company start-ups at 71 years old?

No problem JBmcr. The whole story of Coeur Gold, in it's many guises is a long and convoluted one, which i have been looking into very deeply over some months now. There are some VERY interesting things out there!
