Yes the 2.1k at 0.8499 is definitely a buy
It's just gone to 0.851p to buy

The bit that worries me in the RNS [and I'm paraphrasing] is that it says 500k after all other fees/costs paid BUT minus fees to pay out this 500k... what amount are those extra fees for us to be paid out 500k!!
Are those fees going to be 150k??? Leaving 350k???

Surly it is too bigger "error" to make and get away with. Most people with any knowledge of the markets understand 75% of votes cast is the mark required.

[remember not 75% of share holders to agree though, just 75% of the total votes that were cast]
