OK, so yesterday from about 2.30pm you couldn't sell more than £150 worth and in the end only about £50 for 0.91p
This morning at 8.00am onwards you could sell £2000 no problem for the same 0.91p.

Then from about 2pm this afternoon you couldn't even sell £10 worth [although someone manged to sell 2k looking at the trades on LSE] but a few of us discussed here that it was not possible to sell even £5 but you could buy no problem. I did maybe 100 dummy sells even for £5 and everyone was NT!

My question is, apart from the obvious, that absolutely no one wants to buy these shares even at 0.85p is there any other share you have seen with this pattern in the past and is it just MMs messing about?

To not be able to even sell £50 yesterday afternoon then no problem this morning was weird and then the NT for even £5 this afternoon doesn't seem correct.
Also the SP didn't drop or rise from 0.85p despite some decent buys and the 2k sell I mentioned.

I'd genuinely appreciate your thoughts.

I'm still awaiting a reply from Hargreaves Lansdown regarding how they expect the 500k to be paid to shareholders should the vote be YES.
I expect a reply tomorrow which I will post on here as soon as I receive it.

I genuinely still feel there could be another twist before this all ends

Another anonymous dreamer who, even though he has said many times he wouldn't touch Amigo with a barge pole in previous posts over the months then suddenly makes 4k today!!

Funny enough he didn't tell anyone here when he gambled his [I'm guessing 4k at 0.20p then sold at 0.41p to make 4k] but likes to tell everyone when it's back at 0.25p he made 4k!!

I've been reading lots this afternoon online and anywhere you look to liquidate a business that is still solvent or to sell a business [ both these apply here] then the magic 75% of all votes cast are needed applies not the 50% they are quoting under the original resolution.

Could still be fireworks for this share.

At the worst we get 0.95p payout per share I'm hoping.

Let's wait and see for 9.30 am tomorrow!!

I Googled MEMBERS VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION as quoted in the circular this is the way they plan to distribute the net proceeds from the sale to us PIs.

Hope it helps, as I was wondering how do we get paid as the shares plan to delist on the 5th April. Of course we can still sell on the normal open market until that point!!
If the vote is YES and they do honour the full 500k we should get about 0.95p a share!!

The sale is an "ordinary resolution"
Delisting is a "special resolution"

Some further info:

?Independent directors own a pathetic 0.33% and plan to vote yes to both resolutions

?Adam owns 23.05% and plans to vote yes to both resolutions

So Total 23.38% between them

Wouldn't be a big % in total if this needed 75% to pass the sale.

I can see this sale being voted through but not the cancellation of AIM shares at this point!

I've messaged Hargreaves Lansdown for some more information about how this 500k will be paid out to share holders as they plan to sell the company on the 27th March and delist April 5th.

Hmmm can't say I'm too confident at the moment guys. Can't even sell 5 quids worth lol!!

The key words there Terrence are my investments.

I do have money invested in shares [thankfully not Amigo] but unlike u I don't go around winding people up when I don't have a penny invested.

Now get back to repeats of Poirot on ITV3 and let the rest of us with money invest/trade!!

No hate but it's near impossible to understand what point you are genuinely making.

That's the part from the RNS I mean above.

Net Proceeds are 500k as stated a few times in the RNS BUT the phrase Net Proceeds to Shareholders NET OF EXPENSES to me means there are a number of expenses to be considered in paying us put this 500k!!
Will then the 500k shrink to 350k or 400k
The whole thing stinks in my opinion
