Many buys for sure, at this price I'm not surprised, BUT they are also listing SELLS as BUYS on the Share Trades above. All you can see is blue but its not correct.

This always happens, especially with a smallish spread like 2% but some BUYS are definitely SELLS as you can see by the SP they trade at.

GLA here and I think personally, although the RNS was disappointing this has been overdone by MMS.

Many buys of only £50 quid @ 4p BUT sells of £3000 plus @ 3.92p area doesn't show much faith at all.

Well done to anyone who bought at that 0.40p zone and held until high 1ps before selling.
Almost impossible to get it right.

As I said at the time I missed the boat after hesitating but I'd not have held for long (maybe to 0.65p then ran) as I genuinely didn't have belief this would go past 0.70p.

It is definitely not a MEAL share situation and I hope no one was caught out buying at 2p.

It may spike spike again around 0.60p perhaps as there is still a month, I believe until delisting (which will be passed, they always are)

Lots of 5000£ plus sells today all around 3.97p

It has not been cheaper than 4.02p to purchase this share for many years, so I can't see it being profit takers.

My only consolation, which makes me feel a bit better lol is I genuinely didn't think this was a MEAL situation and I didn't see this even going back over 1p.

I thought yesterday it would git 0.50p area then drop back today. So I'd have bought at 0.40p yesterday (like you did I think) then I would have sold before 4.30pm yesterday 100% certain and would not have been in today for this massive spike.

Even with the RNS today I didn't think we would see this kind of price as it was not exactly amazing news but then again I should have given up trying to guess the AIM markets along time ago haha.

The letter was received on the 11th saying they were going to vote YES BUT

The 12th they informed MEAL they had actually sold all shares.

I wonder what day they actually sold???

Basically insider dealing as they had prior knowledge of this RNS! Always the little PI last to know!!

Good news for the VOTE and will possibly see a rise as now they sold the 8 million the company only has a guaranteed 44% now from 51% yesterday.

That can make or break a profit chance, if it holds around 10% then it's good.

Final point, this is different to MEAL as that spike came from the company declaring in the delisting intention RNS that the CEO still intended to purchase shares. This is why we saw massive spikes .

DMTR which delisted early January spiked about 25% on the first day of the RNS stating their intention to delist but then dropped continually and didn't spike again for 4 weeks.
The spread was 60% there alot of the time and alot less here.
I know this as I got caught out trying to be greedy there and lost.

Be carful is all I would advise and do a little research before thinking this is another MEAL scenario guaranteed.
