If it was still 0.30p to buy I'd probably have gone for it as I was in 2 minds but too late.

I agree I think there is a good chance to make money and the past very recent spikes of MEAL and PCF have done no harm for spikes in these delisting situations.

Alas I am going to give this one a miss now.
Now I've said that I've no doubt it will be 1p by close tomorrow and I'll be kicking myself.

Let me know if you go for it with your £1000 and what SP you get Mick and ill be routing for a 100% increase for you minimum.

I've participated in a few of these scenarios and all but DMTR worked out for me.

The spread is key to success in making money here IMO and it looks quite favourable.

With delisting a good month away and the spread not too big I think you will hit your target price to sell.

They have a guaranteed 51% of the necessary votes from people who knew all about this delisting and had chance to sell at 3 times the price it is now (@ 1.20p)before the regular mug PI, AKA us lot new anything about it.

This is different to MEAL as that had the information In the RNS that a director was going to continue to buy which gave the big spikes in SP AND the company was in general in a better condition than here.

That said anyone who bought at 0.30p I think they will see some profit if the spread can stay low enough.

Sometimes once a company is going to vote to delist the spread, like we saw on DMTR and PCF stayed around 60%

All IMO and I normally get it totally wrong.

To claim a climb back to 1p which someone posted would be a big ask. 0.50p would be more than possible.

Lol well even worse then as the current CEO and CFO (Marshall and Campbell)didn't purchase any when it was only 5p last May.

Clearly this has been a dead duck for along time.

Anyway I feel sorry for any LTHs or even those who had a punt at 1p area as they are 50% down.

For all directors in total to only only 0.59^ is pathetic whatever price IMO (as some of this 0.59% holiding were very probably bonus shares)

They cleanly had no faith in the company or they would have purchased in 21.

This was 5p May last year before it jumped to over 12p.

The only part I would correct is that they need 75% of the people who vote at the general meeting not 75% holding.

These turnouts are normally really low.
If they have a guaranteed holding of 50% voting yes then it will already probably be enough.
The turn out can be low as 30%

We have all been caught in an AIM spike before and they can be brutal. An easy 20+ loss in half an hour is standard.

The RNS today didn't really justify a near 100% rise BUT the price has dropped so much in the past 6 months I'm hoping for anyone who bought on the spike this steadies and does climb back to the 0.20p zone
