Adam owns 23% which if he votes No as possibly the RNS suggests then very positive. 47% of the 52 million shares in the public hands and of the 53% held by insiders he has a massive % of them.

It would be nice for the FCA to look investigate this entire deal and the circumstances of how it has come to this....Unfortunately like Made.com, Mccolls etc they seem to allow these unbelievable scenarios to occur, where the only ones to lose out are the lowly PIs who have held long term.

I have 2k in here and I'm hoping for a good 50% rise from my 1.49p purchase and would love a new bid etc but for the sake of fairness to all sides here... the 75% they need is only 75% of all votes cast and the turn out for these votes to delist is normally very low.

However this seems like a good a case as ever for share holders to say no to this deal IMO

Bling or anyone else, I studied Meal day and night and new every fact, figure and detail in the end about the proposed delisting, who owned what etc.

Here I've no real knowledge apart from the RNS I read.

How much do the insiders already own?

I feel that if its only 25% then with such a bad deal for shareholders this could be voted against at the meeting.

Is the vote for both agreement for the 1.2m sale and the delisting
