If they get the YES vote to both resolutions they plan to delist on the 5th April as noted in the circular.

Will be before that I think.

Meeting at 9.30am I believe so could be 10.30 onwards. These meetings don't normally last long

I've had another 850 and it's showing as a sell.

Yesterday you couldn't sell £5 from 2pm all afternoon. They will now take my 250 000 [shares not cash unfortunately] for 0.841 and I can buy for 0.844p

This deal is technically worth a 13% rise from here remember.
No timescale on the payout date and it's estimated 500k... both of these factors I think are why you can buy this for just over 0.844p

AMUR minerals rejected a sale proposed to them and it spiked 60% on the day.
Totally different type of company of course and deal offered etc BUT markets often react well to a shareholder revolt.
If I remember correctly AMUR said if the deal didn't go through they faced administration!!
This never happened and another deal was of course struck.

GLA and these are only my own personal thoughts... if u take my advice as gospel you need locking up!!

Near 13% from here with a yes vote.
Could be a big initial spike on a no vote.

I asked about the 500k payout and the delisting of both resolutions are passed tomorrow.
There response is below but doesn't really answer anything .
I'll post any more updates I receive from HL if and when I receive them.

GLA for 9.30 tomorrow morning

I know I hesitated on Morsesclub at about 0.42p and the next second it was about 0.80p and didn't stop.

I did OK with the MEAL spike as I read the RNS perfectly to be fair and got in at 0.66 I believe it was and made a good few quid a few times

To be honest it's only just about 0.87p, if not a little under.

I bought yesterday at 0.91p but sold most at 0.95.5p when it had the spike which is where me and Terry had our small disagreement!!

Then I couldn't resist and I bought more at 0.84.99 at about 2pm today. The 1178 pounds was mine.

I bought when it first crashed at 1.49p.. it went to 1.66p but I held and in the end I sold at 1.42p and lost a few 100£

I wish I'd not really bothered today as I genuinely didn't like the fact u couldn't sell all afternoon but let's hope for good news at 9.30am

Would the arbitrage, which as we know is not always easy to perfect, stop all sells from 2pm do you think?

Ive double checked and even the 2k sell I mentioned was at 1.45pm so for about 2 hours 45 mins you could not sell even £5.

I've never seen that before, especially when there is technically an easy near 13% to be made presuming they pay out the full 500k [0.95p] if you purchase at 0.847p which it was from about 4pm
