I'd imagine this has already been priced in but certainly can't to any harm to the SP and I'd imagine this will be back into the 40's today

Financials;

· Total revenues of A$9.5m in H1 2023 (H1 2022: A$6.4m)

· Loss before taxation in H1 2023 of A$9.5m (H1 2022: A$5.3m)

· Cash at 31 December 2022 of A$67k (30 June 2022: A$168k)

· Net debt of A$25.0m at 31 December 2022

The below summary shows clearly why this is down 80% from 1st December 2022!!

9.5 million revenue and 9.5 million LOSS which is nearly double the amount lost in 2022!!

67k cash on hand [about 60% less than 3 months ago]

25 million in debt with that 67k only!!

GLA here but I feel more bad news could be on the way!

At such a depressed SP hopefully all bad news from this RNS had been accounts for already.

Again the board state that the business could be in danger as a going concern. That statement won't help anything though.

To be fair PI I do understand your comments and Terry was very much against this share BUT we can all change our mind, especially as the M/C has halved [i believe] since he made those initial comments about ITS.

A share that you wouldn't go near can look very attractive when it's dropped 90% in a month and even 50%+ In 3 days.

Plus Terry did give his advice/opinion when asked by myself and Reardon95 in regards his experience of certain situations, which we both appreciated.

Anyone who makes a trading/investing decision SOLEY on another anonymous posters opinion [never mind how well read they seem] really should take a step back from these boards.

We all give our own advice at times and mine comes from experience in these 'dog' shares and like MEAL and MADE I did well. DMTR I messed up and Morses Club I had missed the boat for about 200% profit as I hesitated.

Could this get to over 1p again?....IMO absolutely.
Will it get to over 1p again... IMO No I feel 0.80p is what we may visit again.
So much will depend on the RNS regarding 500k [minus MVL & AIM fees] and the date they plan to pay it out.

If this gets paid out in say 2 months time, do we get a pay out and still keep our shares to trade for the following 4 month...Until it delists in September!
Or will they wait until delisting to actually pay out. IE late September.

All IMO and I often get it wrong.

Here is hopin you could sell £2.5k worth in 1 go at the same time you couldn't buy more than £500 and the spread was about 4% at the time.

Agree to all those wise words Bond and a very good summary of where we stand at the monent here.

I think patience will be the key and not to lose your nerve on any small drop.

As you started before a TR1 showing Adam is selling could spike this 30% plus.

We also have that sale payout to look forward to, 6 months of trading and the possibility of a RTO. An RTO they have stated won't happen but things change and at this depressed M/C traders will always see it as a possibility.

I believe 0.40p we saw briefly today will be the lowest and let's hope there is a similar level of volume over the next 3 days.
As we all know volume is absolute key so spikes from such low levels.
MEAL was a gift for many of us and I feel this share at this M/C and SP could be profitable too.

Any TR1 or positive RNS as regards the 500k payout will be a massive boost.

I'm hoping we don't see lower than 0.40p but I too will have a few more it does indeed go to 0.40p to purchase.

Seems a great buy at these levels .

They are keeping the spread relatively low too and you can sell all in 1 go which is always encouraging.

Many articles on cash shells on Google and how lucrative they can be.

Nothing is a cert here hut at a MC of 237k this is definitely worth a stake.

No problem all day to sell all shares in 1 go but at times you were limited to buying £500 maximum so clearly there is interest here still and MMs know it.

A few decent size buys in the last 30 minutes of trading.

Come on ITS board, let's give us something to cheer about and print a positive RNS regarding how much will be left from the 500k and a date we can expect to receive it. This is the least they can do after the shambles it's been since the IPO and especially the last month!!

This MC of below 250k is ridiculous

The spread has widened after a couple of sales below 0.45p

Best to switch off for now I think and check after the weekend when hopefully there will be more information of the 500k [minus expenses] distribution

Why any investor/trader shouldn't listen to clowns like Motley Fool , armchair investor or the fool above.

They can't even get the basic figures correct when stating how much the proposed offer figure is.

On a separate note, the last time I read an RNS like this mornings the deal was done the same day and an RNS released at 5pm.

I can't remember the company and unfortunately I didn't buy into it but the 7am RNS was released due to press speculation over the weekend and by 5pm on the Monday the deal had been agreed.

As stated before this RNS this morning gave alot of detail regarding the sale and it must have been discussed in great detail.

I got in at 7.21p. Could have sold at 8.66p but didn't and it has dropped back to 8.30p to buy but I'm going to hold. I think the wording of the RNS and the amount of info that it includes, in my humble opinion points to the fact the deal is almost a cert.

AIMO and I often get it totally wrong so please do your own research, but as I stated before I think it's worth checking out

If it was I openly admit I'd have taken my 100% at 8p and then I think would have bought back on that drop back to low 7s.

As it was I bought at 7.21p and will hold this one out and hope the sale [which I think is a cert] goes ahead and I make my 45% and a possible extra compensation pay out

Anyone who bought at 4p last few days you can't blame them taking profit.

Anyone who bought around 7.50p when this has a 10.50p buy price will be silly to sell for not even 10% profit.

Always will be tree shakes and people panic but the RNS for the sale seemed very positive.
