Looks like a 1.50UT to close aswell. Maybe a little false ha but nice to see going into the long bank holiday.

My only issue with pushing the AIM regulators would be if they decided to suspend the share until a full investigation could be carried out.
Unlikely but if it happened we could be locked in hear for months!!

I think most left in here though really just want to see a decent spike and will sell out.

On saying that I've just had another £500 quid at 0.47p it's gone straight to NT to buy even £15 after and it's 0.4572p to sell.

As stated many times before here. We need volume and this will spike well past 0.60p

I think it went to 0.51p to buy so it may well open there again but IF there is no volume and even a 1500 quid sale it will drop back to that 0.48/0.47p to buy.

I'm hoping for a much lower spread so people are encouraged to buy.
When it was 0.53p to buy they kept the spread at about 12% and it was showing a Bid & Ask spread of 22%

You may have to buy 2k in 2 hits Reardon95 as I did with my 1900. If you do my advice is to see what the most you can buy in 1 hit.

So for example if its £1400 max allowed then buy £600 first and then the £1400.
Any buy over a grand seems to move the buy price up by about 9% but a £600 buy will hopefully not move the buy price and you can then snap up the same price for the larger £1400 purchase.

That's how it's gone the last 4 or 5 days but as we all know the markes dont always behave like we expect.

I'm really hoping for a spike before Wednesday and I think we will see it.
5 or 6 2k+ buys and this will rocket for sure

GLA and as always the above is my musings and I often get it totally wrong.

I'd hope for at the very very least 0.50p , which is where the SP is now.

Realistically it should be around 0.70p even after fees and even then it would only be about a 350k market cap. Plus we have a valuable cash shell and 6 months of trading.

I genuinely wouldn't trust this board at all though and it looks like the payout is not going to be until September when it delists if you read the RNS.

I think these are the only 2 reasons we are at these depressed low levels and I absolutely expect a spike next week and I think it will hold.
It was 0.47p to buy late Friday. Even if we 40% spike from there its still ONLY an SP of 0.66.

Sorry itisagame was the poster who quoted, quite correctly, Afzal would have lost around 14/15K if he didn't sell @1.6p and waited until the 0.45p that was on offer yesterday.

There were 4 RNS on the 17th February all showing transactions for Afzal from different days

It looks like he only ever owned 2.57% of the company which is why there was no TR1 when he sold.

The 0.058 price I quoted in the prevuois post is obviously 5.8p.
He bought alot on the 10th Feb around 6.2 average

A big loss for him clearly how ever you look at it.

Summary,

Looks like his average buy was 6.2p and 1.35 million shares so just shy of 84 000 pounds spent.

He sold @ 1.6p and lost over 60 000 pounds

To buy his 1.35 million at 4.28pm yesterday would have cost 6345 pounds IF you got them all for the 0.47p.

Shows how crazy this AIM casino can be.

The slight sliver lining for him, as Bond stated, was if he had waited until the Friday vote and sold yesterday at 0.45p he would have lost another 14 000 and that
84 000 purchase would have been worth 6075.

This 8.3 shows as of the 17th February he owned 2.57% of the company with 1.35 million shares.

I don't understand this below purchase though. The date of the deal is 16/02/2023.

16th the share price was 6.35p yet he bought 200k of shares @ 0.058p???

Clearly I'm reading this incorrectly, which doesn't surprise me as these 8.3 and 8.5 forms always confuse me!!

Looks like there was no TR1 when he sold as he only ever owned 2.57% and not above the 3% threshold.

With this tiny 52 million free float this is a crazy SP and just needs some volume. Sounds like this LSE board own about 6 million just from the few who post.

This just needs 1 day of sustained buying pressure to see a major spike.

Let's see if that 4938 pounds buy is just a day trader trying his luck. If so, I expect a sale around 1.30pm whether it be at a profit or loss
