AIM Rule 15 requires only an ordinary resolution; it does not state (unlike for the Cancellation) that it needs the consent of not less than 75% of those voting.

I don't think you can call buying shares here or CINE as an investment.... more a risky/gamble trade at best!

I can't see it happening myself, and I'm hoping personally for a bounce and a few quid made as my average is only 0.21p but I really hope they succeed and they do sound determined.

You are a believer in CINE, which I think will drop a wipeout RNS personally, but then again like you, what do I know!

After the ITS fiasco this morning I'm probably going to be the kiss of death here BUT what are people's views on this... they are still collecting the loan book and don't plan to wind down for 12 months.
Do we see the SP bouncing around or is suspension q real possibility here??

Everywhere I've researched and I've asked the FCA too this afternoon, states a sale of a company should be a special resolution. All special resolutions need 75% of all votes cast.

Any explanation for how they got away with an ordinary resolution ??
