My expectation is that Ingenuity will be spun off into a partnership outside of THG, and Beauty and Health will remain on the LSE as is as a combined business. It isn’t going to NYSE. Let’s see this play out…

Hi, Can anyone confirm the current actual dividend return for NG following the Rights Issue? Google and Yahoo both saying 5.46% at todays SP of £10.43… Which is considerably more than I was getting pre Rights Issue. I’m just doing the math on whether to sell down some of my shares into an income producing fund as I’m not expecting anything close to 5.46%. Many thanks.

I’m with you and bought some more this morning too. This will all come good eventually. The lower the SP the more scrutiny and pressure MM will come under to do something strategic. There are so many endings each of which will be at a higher price than today.

On the LSE trades log my purchase earlier today was recorded as a sell… Strange…

Let’s hope the ‘business model changes’ and ‘plc stuff’ means he is prepping an early Christmas present for shareholders… 🙏

I love your posts and they give me hope, however… despite the growing list of positives it doesn’t move the needle. I’m hoping MM’s radio silence of late and no RNS about the half year results date means we might get that elusive rabbit out the hat… Time will tell…

There is a chance that mid next week THG could be added to the FTse 250… the quarterly reshuffles look like they get published around the 4th of the quarter in question… So 4th Sept for the September reshuffle… Whilst the BOD have remained silent on the subject over the past couple of months… just maybe this news will just happen with the absence of fanfare and dare I say an RNS… We can but hope..

Well… 4 weeks today (12th Sept) is when the half year results get announced… (or thereabouts)… As always they will be a combination of jam and marmite…

I agree. The only glimmer of other hope is if they join the premium listing which will create a flurry of demand… by that I mean might hit the 80’s…

I’ve seen too many false dawns… remember the good old days when we thought the shares would soar after the golden share was given up… No amount of good news will shift this share. I live in hope as many do. I’m stubborn and will not sell until I’ve made some profit from the years of turmoil. Every now and then I see a seed of hope… sometimes I even start to dream how much my holding would be if we hit 85p… Let’s keep the faith.

My reading of the tea leafs is that the AGM will not deliver the Jam many are desperately hoping for otherwise the SP wouldn’t be having a cardiac arrest…

Given the AGM is in June… so the end of the next trading quarter… it is highly unlikely there will be a trading update. Those LTH’s will know that past AGM’s are just a legal process… lasting a few minutes… I’ve said it before and will say it again… Lower your expectations…

The AGM is just a tick and turn event. For all those expecting a trading update or dare I say a strategy update will yet again be disappointed. Lower your expectations.
