I’d say the reduction is fractional. They are at 0.48% so the reduction would, in my mind, be sufficient to cause any ripples…

Thanks for sharing, I’ve just seen the post on LinkedIn which is very encouraging indeed. Nice to get independent validation of the interest and demand for MyProtein.

I have every faith that Ingenuity will be successful. However, to date its cash hungry and my only concern with retaining a share holding is that there is a chance holders might be subjected to a future cash raise to plug any holes. I can see this as a real possibility. I feel THG has been more gambling than investing so I’ll stick with THG for the time being and pass up on the Ingenuity investment. That’s where my head is, as opposed to being in my hands as it so often is!

@jedclampit Whilst that would be my assumption I’d need to wait to see whether we would need to say one way or other. My expectation is we wouldn’t need to do anything if we are not participating in Ingenuity but let’s see.

So many times have I been lured down that dark alley with THG… the end game is never what you dream of..

@jedclampit There is an example in the circular of how the adjustment works depending on the scenario. You will not get an increase of 13% of shares added if you don’t participate… but the overall THG share distribution will decrease by 13% and thus increasing the value of your existing holding by 13%…

Given the indication that further information could be ‘early’ November even the THG wouldn’t intentionally string the publication of the circular out any longer than necessary… so I’m hoping there will be an offer for the whole company…

My gut feeling is that it will come after trading today. So that investors get the weekend to digest it. That’s where I’m hanging my hat.

I saw on LinkedIn yesterday that the Moulding Foundation has started the build of a homeless centre in Manchester. In the photo was Jodie (his wife) but not Matt. Matt wasn’t there. Now he doesn’t strike me as the kind of man to miss out on such an important milestone, less so a photo opportunity. So, being half glass full… he must have more important things to keep him away… perhaps crossing the i’s and the t’s on the circular… He has got six more business days to deliver it otherwise the SP will crater into the ether… Maybe we are very close…

Whilst we are still in ‘in November’ I’m concerned that he had reason to believe it could be ‘early’ November and therefore something hasn’t gone to plan. If radio silence come 1st December then I’m inclined to consider a peaceful protest outside the Altrincham HQ…

At the moment the board are within their guidance… “ would be in or by early November “ - there are two actions here… ‘in’ or by ‘early November’… so if we get to December and nothing then we can assume all isn’t rosy…
